Objectives:Introduce and preliminary application of REBS,PEBS and HUEBS based on self-determination theory.Methods:1.The translation and reliability and validity test of the inventory:The REBS,PEBS and HUEBS by Professor Luc Pellerier from the University of Ottawa in Canada were introduced for forward were translated,back-translated and culturally adjusted to form the Chinese version questionnaire.A sample of college students in medicine and physical education were selected for item analysis, exploratory factor analysis and reliability and validity analysis, and a sample of college students is taken for confirmatory factor analysis.2.The investigation of the current status:Using the method of random cluster sampling, the college students of a university in Wuhan are used as the research objects.Using Chinese questionnaire to conduct survey, using structural equation model to analyze the influence of college students’dietary motivation, dietary plans and behaviors on psychological well-being.Statistical tools:SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0 were used to analyze the data.Results:1.Results of questionnaire localization:Item analysis REBS calculates the critical ratio value of each item,CR shows that there is no significant difference between items 1,6,14,19,while there were significant differences among other items,PEBS and HUEBS(P<0.01);The correlation coefficients of each item in REBS,PEBS,HUEBS and the total score of the questionnaire were r=0.041~0.658(P<0.01),r=0.445~0.716(P<0.01),r=0.303~0.595(P<0.01),The analysis results of items showed that 1,6,14,19 were deleted.S-CVI/Ave were 0.96,1,0.92.The exploratory factor analysis of REBS extracted 6 common factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate of 68.633%.The confirmatory factors showed X~2/df=2.922,GFI=0.939,CFI=0.747,RMSEA=0.051;The exploratory factor analysis of PEBS extracted 2 common factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate of 56.627%,and the confirmatory factors showed X~2/df=2.539,GFI=0.972,CFI=0.880,RMSEA=0.049;The exploratory factor analysis of HUEBS extracts 2 common factors, the cumulative variance contribution rate of 45.558%,and the confirmatory factor shows X~2/df=3.501,GFI=0.928,CFI=0.941,RMSEA=0.060;The total Cronbach’sαcoefficients of REBS,PEBS and HUEBS are 0.851,0.894,and 0.831,and the half reliability were 0.832,0.842 and0.827.2.Result of the investigation of the current statusThe results of structural equation model:Age,BMI and monthly living expenses have a direct effect on dietary planning and behavior(X=-0.010~0.023 and-0.013~0.015);Age,BMI and monthly living expenses have indirect effects on eating behavior and psychological well-being(X=0.001~0.004 and 0.003~0.016);dietary motivation has direct and indirect effects on psychological well-being(X=0.510 and 0.006);diet plan It has an indirect effect on psychological well-being(X=0.294);eating behavior has a direct effect on psychological well-being(X=0.053).Age,BMI,and monthly cost of living have indirect effects on dietary behavior and psychological well-being(X=0.001~0.004,and 0.003~0.016);dietary motivation has a direct and indirect effect on psychological well-being(X=0.510 and 0.006);dietary planning has indirect effects on psychological well-being(X=0.294);dietary behavior has a direct effect on psychological well-being(X=0.053).The results of the stratified analysis:The dietary motivation of female students and urban registered students have the greatest direct impact on psychological well-being(female:X=-0.607)and(city:X=0.496);engineering students’dietary motivation has the greatest direct impact on psychological well-being(X=0.534),and liberal arts students dietary behavior has the greatest direct impact on psychological well-being(X=0.668),and medical students’eating behavior has the greatest direct impact on psychological well-being(X=0.291);the dietary behavior of college students who eat with their companions has the greatest direct impact on psychological well-being(X=0.687).Conclusions:1.The Chinese versions of REBS,PEBS and HUEBS have good reliability and validity.2.(1)Dietary behavior has a direct effect on psychological well-being;(2)Dietary plan has an indirect effect on psychological well-being;(3)Age,BMI,monthly living expenses, and dietary motivation have both direct and indirect effects on psychological well-being;(4)In terms of the overall effect, dietary motivation has the greatest influence on psychological well-being,followed by dietary plan and behavior, which has a positive effect.Age has a negative effect on psychological well-being.
