| OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of hemorrhoids antiinflammatory analgesic lotion fumigation and bathing combined with Longzhu ointment for external use on the wound healing of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat injection,and to discuss the hemorrhoids anti-inflammatory analgesic lotion from both traditional Chinese medicine and modern medical theories The mechanism of bath combined with Longzhu ointment on wound repair after mixed hemorrhoid surgery provides clinical objective evidence support for later clinical application.Methods: From June 2020 to January 2021,70 patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomized to establish a trial group and a control group with 35 cases each.Both groups of patients underwent intraspinal anesthesia with transanorectal mucosal circumcision + mixed hemorrhoids external dissection and internal ligation,and all patients were treated according to the routine treatment of anorectal department after operation.On the basis of conventional treatment,the experimental group used hemorrhoids anti-inflammatory and painkilling lotion to fumigate the sitz bath and Dragon Ball ointment to change the dressing,and the control group used Dragon Ball ointment to change the dressing,once a day.Observe the anal pain,anal edema,anal swelling,wound granulation growth morphology,wound healing time before treatment and on the3 rd,7th,11 th and 15 th day after the treatment,and quantify the scores and record relevant data,and finally calculate the total curative effect.Results: In the selected 70 patients,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in general data comparison and the first day after surgery(initial value).The postoperative anal pain,anal edema,and swelling of the two groups before the treatment were compared,and the difference was not statistically significant,and the two groups were comparable.Result analysis:(1)Anal pain: The pain scores of the test group and the control group before treatment were compared,P>0.05,there was no significant difference,and it was comparable;the pain degree was measured on the 3rd,7th,11 th,and 15 th days after the operation.Scoring,after analysis,it is concluded that there is no statistical difference between the two groups of patients on the3 rd and 15 th days after surgery(P>0.05),but there are significant differences on the 7th and 11 th days after surgery(P<0.05).Therefore,We know from it that the Zhike Xiaoyanzhitong lotion is the most obvious in reducing the pain of patients in the early and middle postoperative period,and the effect of Zhike Xiaoyanzhitong lotion in relieving pain is not obvious in the later stage of wound healing.(2)Anal swelling: The scores of anal swelling before treatment and on the 3rd,7,11,and 15 days after the operation were compared.It was found that the comparison of the anal swelling scores between the two groups before treatment was P>0.05,which was not statistically significant.,Indicating that the two groups of anal swelling scores are comparable.After analysis,it was concluded that there was no statistical difference between the two groups of patients on the 3rd and 15 th day after surgery(P>0.05),but there was a significant difference on the 7th and 11 th day after surgery(P < 0.05).It can be seen that the experimental group can effectively alleviate the patient’s anal swelling in the early and middle postoperative period,but the effect of the experimental group in alleviating anal swelling in the later stage of wound healing is not obvious.(3)Anal edema: Comparing the scores of anal edema on the 3rd,7th,11 th,and 15 th day after the operation of the two groups of patients,it was found that there was a significant statistical difference in the comparison of the two groups of patients’ anal edema on the3 rd and 7th day after the operation(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in anal edema between the two groups on the11 th and 15 th days after surgery(P>0.05).Therefore,it is known that the experimental group can significantly reduce the degree of anal edema in the early postoperative period and even prevent anal edema.In the later stage of wound healing,the experimental group had no obvious effect on reducing anal edema.(4)Wound granulation healing: The wound granulation morphology scores of patients at 3,7,11 and 15 days after operation were analyzed and compared.It was found that there were statistical differences between the two groups of patients in the early,middle and late stages(P<0.05),And the statistical difference is more significant in the later period(P<0.01),so we can know that the test group has a significant effect in ensuring the fresh growth of granulation tissue and promoting healing.(5)Comparison of curative effect and wound healing time: Analyze and compare the healing time of the two groups of patients on the3 rd,7th,11 th,and 15 th days after the operation.It was found that the healing time of the two patients was statistically significantly different(P <0.05),so we can know that the treatment plan of the experimental group can shorten the healing time and make the healing effect more significant.(6)Total curative effect: comparing the curative effect of the experimental group and the control group after 30 days of treatment,the effective rate of the experimental group is 100%;the effective rate of the control group is 91.43%,P<0.05,therefore,we know that the two groups The overall treatment effect of the patients is significantly different and statistically significant.Conclusion: Hemorrhoids anti-inflammatory and pain-relieving lotion fumigation sitz bath combined with Dragon Ball ointment change can effectively relieve anal pain,anal edema,and anal swelling symptoms after damp-heat mixed hemorrhoids,promote granulation growth,and shorten wound healing time.Clinical observations are underway No side effects and adverse reactions have been found.The medication is safe and the clinical effect is satisfactory.It is worthy of clinical promotion. |
