Objective:Systematic evaluation method was used to evaluate the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of patients with chronic renal disease complicated with renal anemia. Methods:Use computers to search for domestic and foreign journals on platforms such as China Biomedical Literature Database(CBM),China Knowledge Network(CNKI),Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database(VIP),Wanfang Data,Pub Med,Medline,EMbase, etc.and collect All published literature on the treatment of chronic kidney disease with renal anemia in combination with traditional Chinese and Western medicine.According to the requirements of international standards, the relevant literature was screened out,and then the data was extracted. The improved Jadad scale and Cochrane bias tool were used to evaluate the methodological quality of the included studies. Then use Rev Man 5.4 software to conduct Meta analysis on the included research data. Results:A total of 22 relevant academic literatures were recommended for inclusion, all of which were RCT studies, with a total of 1566 patients,768 cases in the control group,and767 cases in the test group. The outcome indicators of each literature were integrated and analyzed using Rev Man5.4software.The heterogeneity test is performed first, the subgroup analysis is carried out for the high heterogeneity and more included literature, the sensitivity analysis is performed on all the data, and the forest map is made.If more than ten articles are included,a funnel chart analysis is performed. The test results of Meta comprehensive analysis are as follows:(1)Total effective rate: The total effective rate of the test group is higher than that of the control group, suggesting RR=1.23;95%CI(1.16,1.30),(p<0.00001<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;(2)hemoglobin : The average clinical hemoglobin concentration of the test group is higher than that of the control group,SMD=0.92(95%CI)[0.71,1.13](p<0.00001<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;(3)Hematocrit: test group The clinical red blood cell backlog was higher than that of the control group,SMD=1.05,95%CI [0.83,1.28](p<0.00001<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;(4)Red blood cell count: the clinical red blood cell count of the test group was higher than Control group,SMD=1.57,95%CI[0.89,2.24](p<0.00001<0.05),the difference is statistically significant;(5)TCM symptom score: The TCM symptom score of the test group is lower than that of the control group,SMD=-1.49,95%CI [-2.25,-0.74](p<0.00001<0.05),the difference is statistically significant. Conclusion: The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has advantages in clinical efficacy(Hb,HCT,WBC,serum ferritin,TCM symptom score),etc.,compared with pure Western medicine treatment, which can provide a basis for clinical treatment. However, due to the small sample size, high heterogeneity, and publication bias, the overall quality of the research is not high.
