| Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Kaiqiao Zhitong prescription in the treatment of chronic tension headache(Qi stagnation and blood stasis combined with phlegm turbidities)accompanied by anxiety state,and to explore the pathogenesis of the disease and the treatment of syndrome differentiation,so as to evaluate the effectiveness of this prescription in the treatment of chronic tension headache,in order to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment of the disease.Selection methods Sixty-two patients with chronic tension-type headache with anxiety were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given Deanxit treatment,and the treatment group was treated with Jieyu Kaiqiao Zhitong Decoction on the basis of the control group,and the treatment course was 30 days.The changes of headache score,Hamilton anxiety scale score,and TCM syndrome score of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were observed,and the clinical efficacy of Jieyu Kaiqiao Zhitong Decoction in the treatment of chronic tension-type headache with anxiety was evaluated by comparing the efficacy of the two groups.Results 1.The data of 62 cases were collected in this trial.There were 31 cases in the treatment group,1 case dropped(lost to follow-up),and 30 effective cases;31 cases in the control group,1 case dropped(withdrawn),and 30 effective cases;2.Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups of patients in terms of gender,age,course of disease,degree of headache,TCM syndrome score,HAMA score,etc.(P>0.05),and the two groups were comparable;3.The scores of TCM syndromes,headache scores,and HAMA scores in the control group and the treatment group after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);4.Comparison of the curative effect of headache between the two groups,the total effective rate in the treatment group was 93.34%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%.The difference in clinical curative effect between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that the combination of Jieyu Kaiqiao Zhitong Decoction Deanxit is better than the simple use of Deanxit in improving chronic tension-type headaches.Comparing the efficacy of TCM syndromes between the two groups,the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was only 53.34%.P<0.01,indicating that the difference between the two groups is statistically significant,indicating that the Jieyu Kaiqiao Pain Relief Formula combined with Deanxit is superior to the simple use of Deanxit in improving the TCM syndrome score of chronic tension-type headache.Comparison of the efficacy of HAMA score between the two groups,the results showed that the total effective rate of the treatment group reached 90%,and the total effective rate of the control group was only 70%,p<0.05.The difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant,indicating that the combination of Jieyu Kaiqiao Zhitong Decoction Deanxit treatment is significantly better than the simple use of Deanxit in improving the anxiety of patients;5.During the treatment period,no adverse drug reactions and toxic side effects have been found for the time being.Conclusion 1.Jieyu Kaiqiao Zhitong Decoction has the effects of soothing the liver,relieving depression,and removing blood stasis and phlegm;2.Jieyu Kaiqiao Zhitong Decoction can significantly reduce the headache index,effectively relieve headaches and relieve anxiety,and its curative effect is better than using Western medicine alone;3.In this observational study,the blood routine,electrocardiogram and liver and kidney function indexes of Jieyu Kaiqiaozhitong Recipe were within the normal range during the medication period,with good safety and no adverse reactions. |
