Analysis Professor Jia Liujin’ Prescription Rules In Treatmenting Chronic Cough By Children By Data Mining

Objective This study analyzes the prescription of Professor Jia Liujin in the tr eatment of chronic cough,summarizes the rule of Jia Liujin’s old Chinese medicine in the treatment of chronic cough in children,provides the research basis for clinic al treatment of chronic cough,and promotes the inheritance and development of fa mous old Chinese medicine academic thought.Methods By using data mining technology(traditional Chinese medicine inher itance auxiliary platform V2.5),for children with chronic cough who visit Professor Jia Liujin’s special outpatient clinic,Modern data mining techniques such as freque ncy statistics and cluster analysis were used to analyze the frequency of use of vari ous drugs rules of association between drugs.Results For 320 children with chronic cough,452 prescriptions were prescribed, including 114 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The frequency of drug regre ssion showed that lung and spleen were the main ones,temperature,cold and flatw ere the top three,bitter,sweet and symplectic were the first three.Around 11 drugs,the commonly used combination of ginger Pinellia ternata and Chen Pei,ginger Pin ellia ternata and Poria cocos,Chen Pei and Poria cocos,ginger Pinellia ternata and pericarp and Poria cocos,ginger Pinellia ternata and almond,ginger Pinellia ternata and Platycodon grandiflorum,based on the complex system of new prescription co mbination analysis,the operation evolved 7 new prescriptions,North Salvia ginseng and ginger Pinellia ternata and Dendrobium and Ophiopogon japonicus,stir-fried Atr actylodes macrocephala and uostellariae.Conclusion The treatmen of Professor Jia Liujin for children’s chronic cough is clear,distinguish the etiology,distinguish the deficiency,excess,cold and heat,th ink that the disease is mainly lung,spleen,stomach,pathogenesis is lung and splee n deficiency,phlegm turbid internal volt,treatment is based on the method to clear the lung heat,phlegm cough,but also emphasizes four diagnosis and consultation,pay attention to inspection diagnosis;five viscera treatment,highlight lung and sple en;phlegm and retained fluid internal,dispelling evil as the main;medicine prescri ption,synergy;the disease is stopped,pay attention to the adjustment view.It provi des data basis for clinical chronic cough medication and promotes the research and inheritance of Professor Jia Liujin’s academic experience.
