| Objective:Collect and sort out the medical records of Professor Men Jiuzhang’s clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic diarrhea,conduct data mining through the auxiliary platform of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance,and finally obtain the prescription and medical experience of the treatment of chronic diarrhea,and further explore the hidden laws that may exist.Provide empirical guidance for treatment.Methods:Collect and sort out the outpatient medical records of chronic diarrhea patients diagnosed by Professor Men Jiuzhang from 2019 to 2020.After standardizing and sorting the collected 119 medical records,they are entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance Auxiliary Platform V2.5" software,and the software is used for medical records Data analysis.Through the software "statistical report" system,the main symptoms,TCM syndromes,western medical disease names,prescriptions,drug properties and meridians of the entire medical record data,as well as the main symptoms,prescriptions,and frequency of medications of each syndrome type can be statistically analyzed;The "Data Analysis" system can analyze new prescriptions and symptoms,as well as the syndrome-syndrome-prescription-drug correlation analysis of each syndrome,and clearly display the data analysis results through a visual network display diagram.Results:1.There are a total of 119 patients with chronic diarrhea in this study.According to statistics,there are 64 males,accounting for 54%,and 55 females,accounting for 46%.Male patients are slightly larger than female patients.Therefore,it can be concluded that the incidence of chronic diarrhea is slightly greater than that of males.2.All the symptoms and signs involved in the 119 cases of this study were counted.The top 10 frequency of occurrence are: diarrhea,loose stools,pale tongue,thin pulse,heavy pulse,insomnia,dark purple tongue Among them,abdominal distension,and pale tongue are the typical symptoms of chronic diarrhea.3.Among the 119 cases of chronic diarrhea in this study,the frequency of occurrence of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome was 85,accounting for 71%,followed by the syndrome of kidney-yang deficiency,which occurred frequency of 18,accounting for 15%.Finally,the frequency of occurrence of liver-qi multiplying spleen syndrome is 16,accounting for 14%.In 119 patients with chronic diarrhea,the corresponding Western medical names were counted,and the results showed that they mainly included chronic diarrhea,diabetic diarrhea,thyroid nodules,chronic superficial gastritis,secondary hypothyroidism,hyperthyroidism,and diarrhea Irritable bowel syndrome,chronic colitis and other diseases.Due to the many types of causes of chronic diarrhea,the sample size of this study is small,which cannot reflect the incidence of various diseases well and is not representative.4.Professor Men Jiuzhang used mild and sweet medicines in the treatment of chronic diarrhea with the highest frequency.The second most frequent use was flat medicines,and the third was cold medicines.54 medicines belong to the spleen,lungs and stomach.,Kidney,heart meridian are more common,followed by large intestine,gallbladder,small intestine,bladder,triple burnt,and pericardial meridian.5.Syndrome-syndrome-prescription-medicine correlation analysis shows that the main symptoms of each syndrome type of spleen and stomach weakness syndrome,liver-qi spleen syndrome,and kidney-yang deficiency syndrome are mainly prescriptions,high-frequency drugs,and drug-syndrome network.-Zheng-Medicine Network Display.Conclusion:Collect the case data of Professor Men Jiuzhang’s clinical treatment of chronic diarrhea,and draw conclusions through the analysis and research of the auxiliary platform of Chinese medicine inheritance.Professor Men Jiuzhang’s treatment of liver cirrhosis is based on the principles of Chinese medicine and Western medicine,combining disease and syndrome;for serious illnesses,the stomach is used to protect stomach qi;syndrome differentiation and treatment are focused on functional status.The characteristics of medication are combined prescriptions,which can treat both symptoms and root causes;use warm medicine with caution,and use cold and cold medicine with caution. |
