Clinical Observation Of Treatment Of Acne Vulgaris By Using Thumbtack Needle Based On"yangming Meridian Runs Over The Face"

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy,safety and recurrence rate of the treatment of acne vulgaris by using thumbtack needle based on the theory of "yangming meridian runs over the face".Methods: Sixty-six AV patients who met the criteria were selected.After random grouping,the 66 patients were divided into treatment and control groups,with 33 patients in each group.On the basis of lifestyle intervention,the treatment group was treated with thumbtack needle,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The control group received filiform needle treatment on the basis of lifestyle intervention,10 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment.The acne comprehensive grading system score,skin disease quality of life index score and serum testosterone level of the two groups before and after treatment were recorded,and the clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated.After treatment,statistical software was used to analyze the data.Results:1.Comparison of GAGS scores: After the course of treatment,the GAGS scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with those before treatment,which indicated that both groups could effectively reduce the number of skin lesions in AV patients(P < 0.05).Compared with the GAGS scores of the two groups after treatment,the treatment group is better than the control group in reducing the GAGS scores(P<0.05).2.Comparison of DLQI scores:After the course of treatment,the DLQI scores of patients in the treatment group and the control group decreased compared with those before treatment,indicating that the two treatment schemes can effectively improve the quality of life of AV patients(P < 0.05).Compared with the DLQI scores of the two groups after treatment,the effect of the treatment group in reducing DLQI scores of patients is better than that of the control group(P<0.05).3.Comparison of serum testosterone levels: After treatment,the serum testosterone levels of male and female patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),which indicated that both treatment schemes could effectively reduce the serum testosterone content of AV patients.After treatment,there was a significant difference in serum testosterone level between the two groups(P<0.05),which indicated that the treatment group was better than the control group in reducing serum testosterone.4.Comparison of clinical efficacy: After the course of treatment,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.9%,while that of the control group was 78.8%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group,indicating that the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.Based on the theory of "yangming meridian runs over the face",the use of thumbtack needle in the treatment of AV patients can repair the skin lesions,and significantly improve the quality of life of patients with AV.2.Based on the theory of "yangming meridian runs over the face",the use of thumbtack needle in the treatment of AV has definite clinical efficacy,good safety and low recurrence rate.
