Effect Of Acupoint Application Therapy Based On Midnight-noon Ebb-flow For Gastrointestinal Function In Patients Undergoing Gynecological Laparoscopy

Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of midnight-noon ebb-flow combined with acupoint application on gastrointestinal function of patients after gynecological laparoscopy.Methods:(1)This study adopted a randomized controlled clinical research method,and included 108 patients who underwent laparoscopic surgery in the Department of Gynecology,Guangdong Provincial Hospital from August 2017 to December 2018.A total of 108 cases of patients with syndromes of obstructive organs and heat syndrome were included.A random number table was used.The method is divided into 3 groups,A,B,and C,with 36 cases in each group.(2)On the basis of routine care after laparoscopic surgery,group A was given Ziwu Liuzhu selective application at Shenque point;group B was given Shenque point application at other times;group C was given Ziwu Liuzhu Placebo Shenque point application therapy at the time.The treatment is performed once a day,the first time is 6 hours after the operation,and then the time is 07:00～11:00 every day,and the other time is the time outside 07:00～11:00 every day,every 6 hours a total of 3 days of treatment.(3)The recovery of gastrointestinal function after treatment in the three groups of postoperative patients(the time of first exhaust and defecation after the operation,and the recovery time of bowel sounds)were observed.(4)The adverse gastrointestinal reactions after treatment in the three groups of postoperative patients were observed(the scores of abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting on the first postoperative day;the scores of abdominal pain symptoms on the 1-3 days after the operation;drug allergic reactions).Results:(1)There was no statistically significant difference in baseline data of the three groups of patients,such as age,preoperative blood potassium,preoperative platelet count,operation time,anesthesia time,intraoperative blood loss,type of operation,and degree of pelvic adhesions(P>0.05).Comparability.(2)In terms of curative effect,① The recovery of gastrointestinal function after postoperative treatment in the three groups was significantly different from that before treatment(P<0.05).The first defecation time,the first exhaust time,and the recovery time of bowel sounds in group A were lower than those in groups B and C(P<0.05).The first defecation time and the first exhaust time of group B were lower than those of group C(P<0.05);the recovery time of bowel sounds was not statistically different from that of group C(P>0.05).②On the first day after operation,the scores of abdominal distension,nausea and vomiting in group A were lower than those in groups B and C(P<0.001).There was no significant difference in the scores of abdominal pain in the three groups(P>0.05).On the second day after operation,the abdominal pain symptom score of group A was lower than that of group B and C(P<0.05);the abdominal pain symptom score of group B was lower than that of group C(P<0.05).On the 3rd day after operation,the abdominal pain symptom score of group A was lower than that of groups B and C(P<0.05),and the abdominal pain symptom score of group B was lower than that of group C(P<0.05).(3)In terms of safety,none of the three groups of patients experienced local skin blisters,rashes,itching,pain and other drug allergies during the application process.Conclusion:(1)Acupoint application therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow can effectively promote the recovery of gastrointestinal function.(2)Acupoint application therapy based on midnight-noon ebb-flow can reduce the adverse events related to laparoscopic surgery.
