Quality Evaluation On Resources Of Epimedii Folium In Different Producing Areas

This paper studies comprehensive analysis of its appearance traits,intrinsic index components,volatile components,soil environment and pesticide residues,heavy metal content,etc.,in order to optimize the cultivation of Epimedii folium for suitable area selection and production of high quality medicinal materials provides a theoretical basis.The result are as follows:(1)Morphological characters of E.folium in different producing areas materials were observed and compared.Statistical comparisons were carried out on 8 indicators including plant height,terminal leaf length,terminal leaf width,terminal leaf aspect ratio,lateral leaf length,lateral leaf width,lateral leaf length to width ratio and leaf weight.The results showed that the appearance of the eight batches of samples all had this unique trait.Cluster analysis of appearance traits showed that the eight batches of medicinal materials were classified into four categories from the appearance,and the same species were clustered into one class.This result was consistent with the species identification results.(2)According to the description of the 2015 edition of the CH.P,the identification and content testing of eight batches of medicinal materials were carried out.After microscopic identification and thin layer identification,the results showed that all the 8 batches of medicinal materials met the Pharmacopoeia regulations.The contents of medicinal materials include water,ash,extractive,total flavonoids and icariin were determined.The results showed that there were significant differences in icariin in different batches of E.folium,and the contents of 4 batches of medicinal materials did not meet the requirements of the CH.P.Therefore,the overall pass rate of eight batches of E.folium medicinal materials is 50%.(3)It was detected on the content of epimedin A,epimedin B,epimedin C,icariin,baohuoside I,icaritin,total flavonoids,total carbohydrate,linoleic acid and linolenic acid in different resources.The results showed that there were significant differences in the content of each indicator component in different batches of medicinal materials.The ten indicators were used as the quality evaluation indicators of the medicinal materials,and the principal component analysis was carried out to obtain the comprehensive evaluation rankings of eight batches of medicinal materials.Among them,Shanxi province was the best and the lowest score was Guizhou province.According to the origin,the overall quality of Gansu province is better.And according to the original classification,the quality of Epimedium pubescens Maxim.is the best.The quality of the leaves of Epimedium sagittatum(Sieb.et Zucc.)Maxim.is uneven,and the quality difference is very different.(4)To establish a quantitative analysis of multi-components with a single-marker(QAMS)method for determination of six flavonoids in the E.folium and complete the method of quality control of E.folium.The results show that the relative correction factors of the established components have good reproducibility.There is no significant difference between the amount of each component and the measured value of the external standard method.(5)In this study,the volatile oil in E.folium was extracted by steam distillation,and its chemical composition was qualitatively analyzed by GC-MS to determine its volatile components.The results showed that a total of 117 volatile components were detected in 8 batches of medicinal materials,of which 8 were total in 34 batches,with long-chain fatty acids,unsaturated alcohols and hydrocarbons,and monoterpenes and halters,terpenes,esters,ketones,etc.There are large differences in the types of volatile components between different species,and the content of common components in the species is also significantly different.The principal component analysis was carried out with the relative content of volatile components as the index,and the 8 batches of medicinal materials were ranked by comprehensive score.The results showed that the E.pubescens Maxim.was the best in Shanxi province.(6)This study referred to the GB and HJ for the determination of organochlorine pesticides and heavy metal residues in soil and medicinal materials,and evaluates the soil pollution and the quality of medicinal materials in E.folium.The results showed that the soils of the 8 batches of E.folium were in line with the GB 15618-2018,and meeting the requirements of GAP planting soil.Among the medicinal materials,the Pb in the samples of Liaoning province exceeded the standard,and the other batches of medicinal materials were in line with the Green Standards of Medicinal Plants and Preparations for Foreign Trade and Economy.The total qualified rate was 87.5%,which is suitable for standardized planting and export trade.
