In January 12,2019,the National Health Commission issued a notice on launching the pilot project of "Internet plus nursing service",which determined that the Internet plus nursing service, namely "Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program",was put into practice in 6 provinces and cities to promote more effective allocation of nursing resources. The purpose of this study is to understand the public’s attitude towards Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program,so as to provide targeted scientific basis for the implementation, promotion and improvement of this program. This study is divided into two parts. The first part analyzes the sentiment attitude of microblog users towards Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program in the real world by using microblog comment data and emotional analysis methods;the second part explores the public’s use attitude towards online appointment nurses and its influencing factors based on the modified technology acceptance model(mTAM).[Part Ⅰ]Methods By using Octopus software, all the microblogs about Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program on Sina Weibo up to December 17,2019 were captured, and the comment text data of Weibo was taken as the research object.Python’s SnowNLP package was used for sentiment analysis of related comments. Results A total of 3736 micro blog comments were captured;the sentiment analysis showed that the average sentiment score of the public on the Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program was 0.564±0.31,the median(the first quartile, the third quartile)was 0.587(0.304,0.855),the sentiment score of the comments was evenly distributed, and the sentiment was overall positive. There were strong positive and strong negative comments, accounting for 10%and 20%of the total comments respectively. In the comments with strong positive attitude,"demand" and "good" appear more frequently, while in the comments with strong negative attitude,"no" and "problem" appear more frequently.[Part Ⅱ]Methods Questionnaire of residents’ use attitude towards Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program was developed by referring to the previous literature based on the technology acceptance model, and residents of three communities in Lixia District of Jinan City were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling.A total of 320 questionnaires were distributed from June 2020 to October 2020,and 291 valid questionnaires were collected. The lavaan package of R software was used for structural equation modeling and path coefficient estimation. Results The average score of residents’ use attitude towards Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program was 4.057±0.658,58.1%of the residents had a mean score of 3-4,and 32.6%had a mean score of 4-5,which was generally positive.Path analysis showed that residents’ perceived usefulness of Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program could significantly positively predict the use attitude(β=0.303,SE=0.087,P=0.001),Perceived security could significantly positively predict use attitude(β=0.386,SE=0.075,P<0.01),perceived ease of use could significantly positively predict perceived usefulness(β=0.723,SE=0.073,P<0.01).The effect of perceived ease of use on use attitude was completely mediated by perceived usefulness. Conclusion Publics’ sentiment attitude and use attitude towards Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program are consistent and generally positive;this study shows that the mTAM is well consistent with the research data, and the goodness of fit index of the model is satisfactory, indicating the applicability of the Modified Technology Acceptance Model in Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program.Publics’ perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and perceived safety of Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program are positively correlated with their attitude to online appointment nurse service, and perceived usefulness fully mediates the effect of perceived ease of use on use attitude. The results suggest that we can consider improving publics perceived security, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program to improve publics’ positive attitude towards Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program,so as to improve their willingness to use and promote the better promotion of Internet-based Sharing Nurse Program. |
