Health is the most basic and urgent human need. The meaning of health includes not only physical health but also psychological health.Resident health problems exist in all corners of the world, which has a great impact on people all over the world.Real-time monitoring of residents’ health is conducive to understanding the current residents’ health trends and discovering the current health problems that are common to residents, which in turn is conducive to maintaining social order, ensuring the normal operation of economic and social development, and maintaining common human well-being.As a result, future policy interventions are made. There are many factors that affect the health of residents. In addition to uncontrollable factors such as genes, many controllable socioeconomic and personal behavior habits and other factors also play a very important role in the health of the majority of residents.Once serious problems occur in the health of residents, not only will it endanger social order and social productivity, but even the development of the country and nation will be hit hard.Narrowing the differences in residents’ health can keep our economy healthy and sustainable. This article will use the existing reliable survey data, establish a scientific model to analyze the data, explore the influencing factors of residents’ health, and combine the actual public health form, theory and practice, aiming to provide employers, medical institutions, education,Individuals, the government put forward effective reference suggestions. This article uses the personal and family-level data of the Chinese Family Panel Studies(CFPS)in 2018,involving a total of 2365 households in 5472 samples, combined with the China Statistical Yearbook(2019)for 31 provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions in China except(Hong Kong,Macao and Taiwan regions)to analyze the health status of residents.Through a multi-layer linear model, the gender, age, marital status, hukou type, hukou mobility, smoking status, exercise status, job satisfaction, job stability, medical level, medical insurance, education level, and household level of individual residents Analysis of household size, household environment score, proportion of household income population, drinking water, provincial level GDP,compulsory education rate, unemployment rate, and number of beds per 10000 persons. The analysis results show that as of 2018,there is no significant difference in the health of the urban and rural population in China, and population migration has little effect on the health of residents.Social and economic indicators have a significant impact on residents’ health.Among them,work-related factors have the greatest impact, and job satisfaction and income have a great impact on residents’health. In addition, the improvement of the medical level and the education level of the residents can have a significant positive impact on the health of the residents.Good marital status and BMI are also beneficial to residents’ health, while other personal information variables such as age and gender have little effect on residents’health. The results of the study show that personal behavior habits have a significant impact on the health of residents.Residents without a history of smoking and regular exercise are generally better than residents who smoke and do not exercise. At the family level, household drinking water and family size have a significant impact on family health.Drinking filtered drinking water has a positive effect on residents’ health, and an oversized family size will also have a negative impact on residents’ health to a certain extent. However, the impact of the family environment score and the proportion of the family’s income population on residents’ health inequality is not significant. At the provincial level, work factors still have the most significant impact on residents’ health.Studies have shown that the unemployment rate has a significant impact on residents ’health.Higher employment rates and lower unemployment rates are beneficial to residents’ health. However, the number of beds per 10000 people,GDP,and the proportion of the population receiving compulsory education have no significant health effects.Since the data comes from 2018,the results obtained only represent the characteristics that belong to 2018,and cannot strictly explain that variables such as the number of beds in medical institutions have no significant impact on residents’ health. The article uses a multi-layer linear model to analyze the health status of residents. On the basis of the previous two-layer models of scholars(individual level and provincial level),a three-layer model is constructed at the family level, and the selection of predictors is more comprehensive. It includes household registration variables, job satisfaction and stability, exercise status, adding environmental scores at the family level, drinking water, family size and the proportion of the family’s income, adding unemployment rate at the provincial level, provincial GDP,proportion of compulsory education, per 10,000 The analysis of the number of people in the bed makes the prediction factors more comprehensive and the model construction more reasonable. |
