Research On The Design Of Stroke Rehabilitation Management System Based On Service Design

With the development of big data,communication technology and cloud computing technology,stroke rehabilitation services are gradually moving towards digital,intelligent,and personalized development.The stroke rehabilitation industry not only advocates the development of new rehabilitation assistive products and functional iterative design,but also pays more attention to the management of rehabilitation service processes and resources,and uses smart technology to reshape the traditional stroke rehabilitation service model.With the increase in the number of stroke patients and the rise of home rehabilitation,the development of a new type of stroke rehabilitation management model is particularly urgent.In view of the current stroke rehabilitation model and problems in rehabilitation services,this paper uses service design and intelligent product service system theory to guide the construction of stroke rehabilitation management system,and proposes a general design strategy for stroke rehabilitation services.Based on the general design strategy of stroke rehabilitation services,the framework of stroke rehabilitation management system is constructed according to the design strategy process,and finally the design practice of stroke rehabilitation management system application side.This article explores the service design research of stroke rehabilitation management system can be summarized into four aspects:First,an overview of the research status of service design theory and stroke rehabilitation services.The concept of service design,service design tools,service design principles,service design factors are discussed,and the evolution from product service system to intelligent product service and the design method of product service system are summarized.By analyzing the existing problems and development trends of current stroke rehabilitation services,the theory of service design and product service system is applied to the design of stroke rehabilitation services,and the general design strategies of stroke rehabilitation services are summarized.Second,conduct research and analysis of stroke rehabilitation management services.Through the definition of core users,it is determined that stroke patients who are rehabilitated at home will be used as core users to design and develop a stroke rehabilitation management system as an example.The users are classified according to the user research flowchart,and a variety of user research methods are used to obtain user data,and the user’s service needs are summarized and analyzed.Third,analyze the design and analysis of stroke rehabilitation management services.Through service demand analysis,service element analysis,system characteristic analysis,service model analysis and service design principles of stroke rehabilitation management,we will jointly build a stroke rehabilitation management system framework and draw a blueprint for stroke rehabilitation management system services.Fourth,build a functional framework of stroke rehabilitation management system based on service requirements,and complete design practice and design evaluation.Then prioritize service requirements,transform them into specific function points and construct functional modules,complete the overall design practice of prototype design,interface design and visual design,and conduct design evaluation.Through the combination of theoretical research and design practice,this paper carries out the integration design of service design and stroke rehabilitation management,and carries out industry integration innovation in the field of service design and the medical field.The construction of the stroke rehabilitation management system meets the needs of stakeholders at all levels,improves the user’s rehabilitation experience,enhances the user’s enthusiasm for rehabilitation,and strengthens the management of stroke patients.At the same time,the construction of the stroke rehabilitation management system promotes the service innovation of the product service system,creates social value and brings certain economic benefits.
