Objective:To evaluate Impact of baseball suture in laparoscopic myomectomy on fertility and pregnancy outcomesMethods:From January 2014 to January 2019,80 patients with fertility requirements and laparoscopic myomectomy in Qianfoshan Hospital Affiliated to Shandong University were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into baseball suture group and simple continuous suture group,40 cases in each group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative hemoglobin changes, postoperative fever, average hospital stay, postoperative pregnancy rate, postoperative pregnancy time, complications during pregnancy, uterine rupture during pregnancy, mode of delivery and postpartum hemorrhage were compared between the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in postoperative pregnancy rate between the two groups(P>0.05),In the baseball suture group,25 cases were pregnant,in the simple continuous suture group, there were 22cases were pregnant. There was no significant difference in postoperative pregnancy time between the two groups(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in postoperative pregnancy rate between the two groups. There was no significant difference in abortion rate, premature birth rate and delivery mode after operation. In the baseball suture group, there were 1 cases of spontaneous delivery through vagina and 23 cases of cesarean section,In the simple continuous suture group, there was 1 case of vaginal delivery and 19 cases of cesarean section.2.There was no significant difference between the two groups in age, history of adverse pregnancy and labor, preoperative hemoglobin, number of pelvic operations, size of myoma, single myoma proportion and other general conditions.Compared with the simple continuous suture group, the baseball suture group had shorter operation time[120(100,140)min vs 150(120,165)min],less intraoperative blood loss[150(100,140)min vs 150(120,165)min].There was a significant difference between the two groups in the decrease of postoperative hemoglobin(12(10.0,15.0)g/L vs 15(11.3,19.0)g/L).There was no significant difference in postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Baseball suture is safe and reliable for laparoscopic myomectomy in patients with fertility requirements, and does not increase the risk of postoperative infertility and adverse pregnancy outcomes. |
