Investigation And Study On The Effect Of Improved Baseball Suture Legal Use In Lower Cesarean Section Of The Uterus On Uterine Incision Healing

Objective:To explore the feasibility of improving baseball suture in the subuterine incision of caesarean section.Methods:280 primiparous women who underwent cesarean section for the first time at Wusong Central Hospital between July 2017 and July 2022 were selected as the sample.They were randomly divided into two groups: the study group(modified baseball stitch layer-by-layer suture)and the control group(traditional continuous simple double-layer suture).The surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,and time to first anal exhaust were compared between the two groups.The formation of diverticula,residual muscle layer thickness of the uterine incision,and postoperative menstrual period extension were observed in both groups.Results:There is no statistically significant difference in the difference between the operation time,no bleeding and anal exhaust time between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of uterine incision diverticulum in the research group is 9.4%,which is significantly lower than 19.1% in the control group(P<0.05).The thickness of the uterine diverticulum muscle layer in the research group was significantly higher than that in the control group.Conclusion:During cesarean section,the improved baseball suture official incision helps to reduce the incidence of uterine incision,does not reduce the thickness of the muscle layer at the uterine incision,and does not increase the lengthening of menstruation after surgery.
