Objective: This subject explores the effectiveness and superiority of Chi Feng Ying Yuan acupuncture by observing the difference between Chi Feng Ying Yuan acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture in treating knee osteoarthritis of Syndrome type of qi stagnation and blood stasis,with a view to clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine Acupuncture treatment for knee osteoarthritis provides a definite and effective theoretical basis.Methods: The source of the patients was selected from October 2018 to 2019 October,and patients who met our hospital were selected.A total of 64 cases,According to the random number table method,they were divided into treatment group(Chi Feng Ying Yuan acupuncture group)and control group(common acupuncture group),with 31 patients in each group.The initial treatment points are the same: knee eyes,calf nose,Liangqiu,Yangling spring,Yinling spring,blood sea,knee Yangguan,Heding and other points.In the treatment group,Liangqiu,Xuehai,Yanglingquan and yinlingquan(four points around the knee)were selected of "Chi Feng Ying Yuan",while the other points were treated with the acupuncture technique of "Ping Bu Ping Xie";In the control group,all acupoints were treated with "Ping Bu Ping Xie" acupuncture;The needles were kept for 30 minutes in both groups.The two groups were treated for 10 days and one course of treatment;Observation indicators were: VAS pain score,WOMAC osteoarthritis index score table,and TCM symptom score,The patient’s various observation indexes were compared before and after treatment.Thedata between the two groups and within the two groups were processed by SPSS22.0.software to determine the efficacy.Results:(1)The VAS pain scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the treatment group and the control group There was a statistical difference between the two(P <0.05).(2)The WOMAC osteoarthritis index scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the difference was significant(P <0.01);after treatment,the treatment group and the control group There was a statistical difference between the two(P <0.05).(3)The TCM symptom scores of the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment were compared,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05),and the difference was significant(P<0.01);after treatment,the treatment group and the control group There was a statistical difference between the two(P <0.05).(4)The total effective rate of efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%,and that of the control group was 69%.The difference was statistically significant after the rank sum test(P<0.05).Conclusion: Both Chi Feng Ying Yuan acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture can effectively relieve joint pain,swelling and stiffness,and limited movement of knee osteoarthritis of Syndrome type of qi stagnation and blood stasis.Compared with ordinary acupuncture,Chi Yeng Ying Yuan acupuncture In other words,its clinical treatment effect is better.And it’s safe and Simplicity.
