In recent years,development of the Internet has made the model of medical more intelligent,the intelligent medical diagnosis and intraoperative monitoring become trend of the medical industry.Now,the data communication protocols of various medical devices which used by different medical institutions are incompatible,so the unified management and control cannot be achieved.Many hospitals have their own surgical anesthesia systems and monitoring systems,but they both are customized mightily.In order to ensure the security of data transmission,equipment manufacturers use unique protocols to complete data transmission,which makes it difficult to access other companies’ devices.In addition,the protocols,storage methods and collection methods adopted by each device are different which result in standardization differences among different devices.Moreover,each monitoring system has different storage methods for medical data.So,it is difficult to share information with other systems,resulting in insufficient utilization of medical information,and the role of intelligent medical treatment cannot be fully exerted.In this dissertation,intelligent medical monitoring service system is achieved according to the current problems of surgical anesthesia system and central monitoring system and combining with the needs of intelligent medical monitoring service.This paper designs a set of system using microservice architecture and modular method which has realized functions of unified control of medical devices,remote real-time monitoring,surgical management and alarm management.The main work and results of the paper are as follows:1.The architecture of intelligent medical monitoring service system is studied,and the main functional modules of the system and the system architecture based on microservices are designed.This paper studies how to divide the boundary between each microservice while splitting the monomer architecture into microservice architecture,to achieve the purpose of decoupling the code and facilitating management,eliminating the phenomenon that the functions of a monolith are closely dependent.2.The event-driven communication scheme between services and the design of data model based on metadata are studied.Asynchronous communication based on event-driven is used to eliminate the tight dependency of service calls in synchronous communication.And the use of the data model structure based on metadata achieves the expansion of the model,so that the data model can cope with the impact of business needs iteration on the database structure.3.The technology of real-time message push and real-time video push are studied and the transmission and storage of real-time data and video are realized.The MQTT protocol is used to realize the real-time physiological data transmission of patients during intraoperative monitoring,and the RTMP protocol is used to realize the video transmission of patients during intraoperative monitoring.4.The development of intelligent medical monitoring service system is completed,the optimization and test in system are realized,and the deployment of system is also achieved.The test of function and performance of the system is completed,and the slow query performance problem is optimized.Finally,the automatic deployment of the project by using Docker container is realized.
