Radio Frequency Identification(RFID)technology is a kind of information transmission technology,in recent years the application of RFID more and more extensive,RFID technology is not only through the tag identification technology to obtain information inside the tag,researchers by using RFID technology combined with sensor technology for additional monitoring of the object’s environmental information,such as temperature,curvature,liquid level,liquid flow rate and so on.For example,temperature,curvature,liquid level,liquid flow rate,etc.In this paper,we use the influence of liquid on RFID tag signal transmission process to design an RFID-based intelligent infusion monitoring management system,including liquid flow exhaustion automatic alarm system,liquid remaining quantity monitoring system and liquid liquid velocity detection system.Through the experiment,it is found that when the RFID reader is measuring the RFID tag,if there is liquid in the transmission path,the RSSI signal value and the phase value of the tag will be greatly affected.Through the principle of RSSI signal value attenuation,multiple RFID tag sequence groups are set up,and each tag presents a different RSSI signal value to achieve automatic liquid flow alarm and liquid residual monitoring;the relationship between phase value and liquid fluctuation is designed to achieve liquid velocity detection,RFID tags are attached at the infuser drip tube,and when each drop of liquid is dropped,the reader collects the phase value of the tag by pre-processing the collected phase value,the phase variation and time gap asynchrony of the signal are solved,and high and low pass filters are introduced to eliminate the low frequency interference caused by human factors around the reader and the thermal noise interference caused by the long usage time of the reader.The processed data are plotted as images using MATLAB,which can visualize the effect of the tag phase value affected by the liquid,and further organize the data to restore the real flow rate of the liquid,so as to achieve the function of liquid velocity detection.Combined with the RFID system to establish a set of intelligent infusion alarm system,when the liquid in the infusion bottle is about to run out,it can be sent to the cell phone of the medical staff through SMS,which is convenient for the medical staff to change the medication or remove the needle work for the patient.The user interaction interface is established using the current mainstream three major frameworks Spring,Spring MVC and My Batis.The interface displays basic information about the patient,the name of the infusion medicine,the current liquid flow rate and the remaining amount of liquid.It is convenient for users to monitor the patient’s infusion status information in real time.The test accuracy of the system was analyzed under different scenarios.After extensive experimental verification,the final accuracy of the function to realize automatic alarm when the liquid is about to run out is above 90%,and the accuracy of monitoring the remaining amount of liquid and liquid speed detection is above 85%.When the reader recognizes multiple tags simultaneously,tag collision will inevitably occur,affecting the recognition efficiency.In order to improve the detection efficiency of system identification,an improved anti-collision algorithm is proposed based on an in-depth study of the tag anti-collision algorithm.The improved algorithm has a throughput rate of more than 83%,which greatly improves the channel utilization of the system.It is experimentally verified that after applying the new improved algorithm,the tags on three infusion bags can be effectively recognized by a single reader,which meets the working requirements of the system. |
