Purpose:In the study,the effets of acupuncture combined with TCM Dialectical oral Chinese traditional Chinese medicine decoction the treatment of osteoarthritis.Methods:64 patients with osteoarthritis of the knee were selected from the outpatient department of acupuncture department of Jiyang county hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in Shandong Province from February 2017 to May 2018.According random number table method,the patients were divided into treatment group and control group by 1:1,32 cases in each group.According to their clinical characteristics,the patients in the two groups were divided into four types of syndromes:wind-cold and dampness artralgia,damp-heat arthralgia,liver-kidney deficiency,blood stasis arthralgia.The control group was treated with acupuncture plus vinegar clofenac dispersible tablet,while the treatment group was treated with acupuncture combined with TCM syndrome differentiation oral traditional Chinese medicine decocion.The WOMAC scale was used before treatment,and the scale was used again after treatment.The collected data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 17.0 software to compare the clinical efficacy of the two group.Results:(1)32 patients in the treatment group,including 13 males and 19 females,aged 49 and 70 years,the disease duration is 5 months to 2 years.32 patients in the treatment group,12 males and 20 females,with a minimum age of 52 years and a maximum age of 68 years,the duration of the disease 4 months to 2.5 years.There is no significant difference in gender,age and course of diseases between the two groups.This indicates that the two groups are comparable in gender,age and duration.(2)In the treatment group and the control group,there were 8 patients with wind,cold and dampness syndrome,dampness and heat syndrome,deficiency of liver and kidney,and blood stasis syndrome.There was no difference in the number of cases of the four types of syndrome differentiation between the two groups(P=1),indicating the comparability of TCM syndromes between the two groups.(3)The clinical cure rate of the treatment group was 31.25%,and the total effective rate was 93.75%;The clinical cure of the control group was 12.5%,and the total effective rate was 81.25%,both groups.The overall efficiency was statistically significant by rank sum test(P<0.05);The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05)in the clinical cure of the two groups.The results showed that treatment of knee osteoarthritis was superior to the control group.(4)Comparison of the efficacy of four TCM syndromes in the treatment group and the control group:the total effective rate of the syndrome differentiation was 100%in the treatment group.Dialectically,the total effective rate of damp-heat stagnation syndrome was 87.5%,the total effective rate of liver-kidney deficiency syndrome was 100%,and the total effective rate of blood stasis syndrome was 87.5%.In the control group,the total effective rate was 100%,75%,75%and 75% respectively for the syndrome of stagnation of dampness and dampness and heat respectively,respectively.With rank and inspection of the treatment group and the comparison between the same way the curative effect of TCM syndrome types are compared,and two found in treatment group and control group in four kinds of TCM syndrome types of contrast the curative effect of patients with knee osteoarthritis have difference(P<0.05),indicating that acupuncture combined oral Chinese medicine dialectical treatment the curative effect of knee osteoarthritis is better than that of acupuncture and moxibustion combined oral chlorine vinegar acid dispersible tablets.(5)The WOMAC score scale of the two groups were significantly lower after treatment(P<0.01),and the WOMAC score scale of the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Shows that the effect of two groups treatment of knee osteoarthritis,but the treatment troup is superior to the control group.Conclusion:The clinical symptoms and signs of osteoarthritis of the knee can be improved by acupuncture combined with vinegar clofenac dispersible tablets and traditional Chinese medicine decoction.By contrast,the frentment of acupuncture combined with TCM syndrome differentiation oral traditional Chinese medicine decoction can effetively improve patients’ physigque,improve the cure rate,lasting effect and significantly improve patients’ quality.
