| Objective: To research Guizhi Xinjia decoction on autonomic nerve function damage combined carotid atherosclerotic rats lipid factor and hypersensitive c-reactive protein(hs-CRP),the influence of the from and observe its clinical curative effect,so as to autonomic nerve function damage merge patients with carotid artery atherosclerosis provides new thought of treatment,prevention and treatment of disease of heart head blood-vessel.Methods:Parts: 1.The experiment 60 rats were randomly divided into control group,model group and control group,the lipitor group,Guizhi Xinjia decoction group,each group of 12,the blank group was given common feed 18 weeks,the model group,the lipitor group,the new add soup guizhi group cervical sympathetic trunk is broken(TCST)are adopted to simulate the long-term ganglion block(SGB),manufacturing autonomic nerve function damage model,the control group only for anesthesia and the cervical sympathetic trunk stripping operation,but not broken and ligation.At the same time,in addition to the control group,the rest of the four groups in the 1-12 weeks for high fat feed and vitamin D3 muscle injection,carotid atherosclerosis model is set up,after the success of the building,in 12-18 weeks give ordinary feed,lipitor group to lipitor lavage,Guizhi Xinjia decoction to give Chinese medicine lavage,once per day,six weeks in a row,comparison between groups of rats in 12,18 weekend weekend serum total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),high density cholesterol(HDL-C),low density cholesterol(LDL-C)and the hs-the change of CRP.Part 2.Clinical: collected 60 cases of Qingdao city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine autonomic nerve function damage merge patients with carotid atherosclerosis,each 30 cases were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,control group given lipitor(20 mg qd)oral,the experimental group on the basis of control group,add with Guizhi Xinjia decoction(cassia twig 15 g,9 g,radix paeoniae alba,radix glycyrrhizae 15 g,6 g,ginger,jujube 9 g,dangshen 15 g),drug by Qingdao city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine TCM pharmacy unified allocate free Fried particles after packaging,1 bag each time,after dinner earlier blunt.The course of treatment of the two groups was half a month,and the changes of scopa-aut score and TC,TG,hdl-c,ldl-c and hs-crp in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results: in the animal experiment,the serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were decreased in lipitor group and Guizhi Xinjia group at the end of the 12 th and 18 th weekend.The levels of high-density lipoprotein in both groups were increased,and the levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in the Guizhi Xinjia group were increased more than that in the lipitor group,but there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).The levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein in the blank group,the model group and the sham operation group were not statistically significant(P>0.05).The hs-crp level of rats in Guizhi Xinjia group decreased significantly at the18 th weekend compared with the 12 th weekend,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05),while the level of hs-crp in the other four groups did not change significantly(P>0.05).In clinical observation,the serum levels of total cholesterol,triglyceride and low-density lipoprotein of the patients were all decreased after treatment.After statistical treatment and analysis,intra-group comparison showed differences(P<0.05).The levels of high-density lipoprotein increased in the two groups,and the intra-group comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).In the inter-group comparison,the changes of triglyceride and LDL levels were statistically significant(P<0.05).Hs-crp level decreased in both groups,but only a little in the control group and a significant decrease in the treatment group(P<0.05),and the comparison between the treatment group and the control group was also statistically significant(P<0.05).Guizhi Xinjia decoction decoction could reduce scopa-aut score,and the level before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05).The level in the control group was also decreased,but the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Guizhi Xinjia decoction can reduce TC,TG and ldl-c and improve hdl-c level,reduce blood lipid and improve carotid atherosclerosis;2.Guizhi Xinjia decoction can reduce the level of hs-crp,inhibit inflammatory response in vivo,and prevent carotid atherosclerosis;3.Guizhi Xinjia decoction can could improve the sweating potential after the cervical sympathetic trunk was damaged,lower the scopa-aut score and improve the autonomic nerve function. |
