The Group Drug Law Of Treating Acute Purulent Tonsillitis In Children Based On The Auxiliary System Of Tradtional Chinese Medicine Inheritance

Objective:Based on the software of "TCM Inheritance Assistance System(V2.5)"software,the Chinese medicine prescription stoking agent used to treat acute purulentitis in children is summarized and analyzed.Methods:Collected a total of 465 prescriptions for the treatment of acute purulent tonsillitis in children from January 2018 to December 2019 in pediatric outpatient clinics,and entered the prescription details into the software of "Chinese medicine inheritance assistance system(V2.5)"to summarize and analyze the laws and characteristics of group drug use.Results:This study collected a total of 465 prescription agents,involving 163 flavors of Chinese medicine,statistical analysis obtained a total of 30 commonly used Chinese medicines with more than 60 frequency,33 commondrug combinations,based on the analysis of the correlation rules of the prescription group rules analysis to obtain an association coefficient of more than 0.015 drug pairs a total of 54 pairs.Based on the entropy clustering of complex systems,a total of 13 groups of 3 to 4 flavor medicines were obtained.Based on the unsupervised entropy level clustering algorithm,13 new drug teams were obtained.Conclusion:1.Traditional Chinese medicine has its unique advantages in treating acute purulent tonsillitis in children.2.Prescription drug four gas to cold-based,five-taste to bitter,bitter-based,due to the lung and stomach-based.3.Treatment of acute purulent tonsillitis in children using drugs with higher frequency to antidote,heat-filled drugs mainly.4.The common prescriptions for the treatment of acute purulent tonsillitis in children are silver warp plus minus,Puji disinfection drink plus and minus,silver-warp horse bo-dispersion plus minus,orange terrier Tonga minus,metastalysis Tonga minus,etc.
