Objectives:The purpose of this study is to evaluate the sleep quality of rheumatoid arthritis(RA)patients and its influencing factors and the distribution of TCM syndromes,so as to improve the sleep quality of patients and create new ideas for the treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods:Using prospective research methods,a total of 133 patients with rheumatoid arthritis that met the diagnostic criteria were collected, and 64 healthy people were included in the control group.Basic demographic data and clinical data(number of hospital admissions、course of disease、use of drugs、laboratory Examination、etc.),TCM syndrome type and its score,PSQI、HAQ、BDI questionnaire, etc.,using SPSS 25.0 for data analysis to compare the differences and correlations between the data.Results:1.There is a statistical difference between PSQI score and BDI score of RA patients and healthy people(P<0.05).2.Demographic data analysis:The collected cases are mainly middle-aged and elderly women, and there are statistical differences between different marital status, education and sleep quality(P<0.05).3.Analysis of clinical data:Among the collected cases, the number of patients with one disease was the largest(71),there was a statistical difference between the number of patients with disease and sleep quality(P<0.05);IgG,Creatinine results and sleep quality Statistical difference(P<0.05);RA patients’ HAQ and BDI scores will affect sleep quality(P<0.05).4.Analysis of TCM syndromes:There are statistical differences between different TCM syndromes and patients’ sleep quality(P<0.05);the mean age of patients with liver and kidney deficiency syndrome is the largest, and the mean age of patients with rheumatic arthritis obstruction syndrome is the smallest; The longest mean is the syndrome of phlegm and blood stasis, the shortest mean is the syndrome of rheumatoid arthritis;the one with the highest average number of hospital admissions is the blood stasis syndrome, the least average admission is the syndrome of qi and blood deficiency; The DAS28-CRP score,DAS28-ESR score,CDAI score, and SDAI scores had the highest mean values.Conclusion:1.The sleep quality of RA patients is significantly lower than that of healthy people, and most patients with RA are depressive.2.Most of the patients with RA are middle-aged and old women, their occupations are mainly retired, their marital status is mainly married, their education is mainly elementary or junior high school,BMI index is mostly normal, and most patients have no smoking, drinking and family history.Patients’occupation, marital status, and educational background all affect their sleep quality, while BMI、smoking、drinking、and family history have no significant effect on their sleep quality.3.The more patients with the disease, the worse the sleep quality. The morning stiffness of the patient has no significant effect on the patient’s sleep quality. However, after the patient’ s morning stiffness exceeds 1h,the longer the morning stiffness, the worse the sleep quality. The effects of creatinine and IgG on sleep quality were negatively correlated. Both the patient’s HAQ score and BDI score will affect sleep quality. The worse the patient’s health assessment and the more severe the depression, the worse the sleep quality of the patient.4.Damp-heat paralysis syndrome and phlegm-stasis paralysis syndrome have the largest number of people.Different TCM syndromes affect the sleep quality of patients. The best sleep quality is damp heat syndrome, and the worst is liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. The age distribution of patients with different TCM syndromes is also different. The largest mean age of patients is the liver and kidney deficiency syndrome. There was no significant difference in the number of hospital admissions、course of disease、disease activity、HAQ、BDI,etc.between different TCM syndrome types. At the same time, the disease activity of damp heat syndrome is the highest. In summary, the occupation, marital status, educational background, laboratory indicators(IgG、creatinine),HAQ、BDI,and TCM syndromes of rheumatoid arthritis patients can affect the sleep quality of patients.Factors affecting quality. In this study, multiple logistic regression was used to analyze the above factors influencing the quality of sleep, and the age was the independent risk factor affecting the quality of sleep. The OR value of sleep disorders in the elderly and the lower was 1.085,so more elderly RA patients should be given.Sleep concerns.Multiple logistic regression analysis showed that factors such as occupation、marriage、education level、comorbidity、TCM syndrome、CR、IgG、HAQ and other factors are not independent risk factors that affect sleep quality.Disease activity and other related factors jointly affect the sleep quality of patients.
