Objective: Through the analysis of children’s bronchial asthma(acute phase)of TCM clinical pathway information before and after the informatization reform of relevant data,so we can know the preliminary evaluation of electronic effect of clinical pathway,and provide reference for its popularization and application.Methods: The clinical data of children admitted to the department of pediatrics of Shandong Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from November 2017 to December 2019 were collected.The electronic clinical pathway implemented in our hospital in December 2018 was taken as the time node and divided into the traditional pathway group and the electronic pathway group,completed the study form,established the database,used the SPSS26.0 statistical software to analysis the results.Results: The percentage of drug cost and average hospitalization days of traditional route group and electronic route group were 30.18%,27.20% and7.06 days,6.18 days,respectively,P < 0.05,and the difference was statistically significant,the electronic route group was better than traditional route group.There was no significant difference(P > 0.05)in the treatment effect,the average total cost of hospitalization,the percentage of traditional Chinese medicine cost in the total cost,the percentage of disposable materials cost in the total cost,the use of antibiotics,and the use of glucocorticoids in the vein.Conclusion: 1.Control the average length of hospital stay and the percentage of medical expenses in hospital expenses,thus suggesting that the clinical path informatization reform has practical significance.2.The clinical potential of electronic path management needs to be further explored,especially the control over the average total hospital expenses,the percentage of Chinese medicine expenses in the total expenses,the use of antibiotics and glucocorticoids,and the self-preparation of characteristic traditional Chinese medicine. |
