Effect Of Yiqiwenyang Method On Ultrastructure Of Myocardial Mitochondria In Heart Failure Mice And Development Of Heart-lung Qi Deficiency Syndrome Scale

Objective: This study combines the pathological mechanism of heart failure,and observes the changes in the mitochondrial ultrastructure of the myocardium during heart failure,and the characteristics of the mitochondrial ultrastructure of the myocardial cardiomyopathy after intervention in Yiqi Wenyang traditional Chinese Medicine.Mitochondrial ultrastructure;Developed the TCM Heart-Lung Qi deficiency Scale,aiming to establish the TCM’s appreciable,quantified,unified diagnostic criteria,syndrome differentiation,etc.for the evaluation of drugs and scientific research,and the use of evidence-based medicine theory.Promote the development of traditional Chinese medicine and provide a clinical basis for the prevention and treatment of heart failure and dialectical treatment.Methods: 1.Effect of Yiqiwenyang Method of Ultrastructure of Myocardial Mitochondria in Heart Failure Mice:Sixty male C57 BL / 6 mice around 8 weeks of age was randomly divided into control group,model group,western medicine Trimetazidine group,Astragaloside IV group,Chinese medicine high-dose group,and Chinese medicine low-dose group according to random numbers.Myocardial tissue samples were taken,and the ultrathin sections of the treated myocardial mitochondria were observed under transmission electron microscopy.2.Development of Cardiopulmonary Qi Deficiency Scale for Heart Failure:Based on the traditional Chinese medicine heart failure cardiopulmonary qi deficiency syndrome,review ancient and modern literature and expert questionnaire survey,establish the first version of heart failure cardiopulmonary qi deficiency syndrome diagnostic scale;use SPSS 23.0statistical software,reference statistics Principles and methods,carry out item screening and evaluation,form a second version of the diagnostic scale,evaluate the second version of the scale of the perspective of reliability and effectiveness;then use the second version of the scale as a tool,through a combination of subjective and objective methods The weighting index of each item is assigned to develop a scale for evaluating the factors of cardiopulmonary deficiency syndrome of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine,and establish diagnostic criteria.Results:1.Observation of the ultrastructure of myocardial mitochondria in heart failure mice showed that the morphology and structure of mitochondria changed during heart failure.Compare with the intervention in western medicine Trimetazidine,Astragaloside IV,Yiqi Wenyang traditional Chinese medicine,the myocardial mitochondria of mice have varied degrees of change.Yiqi Wenyang traditional Chinese medicine has a good intervention effect on myocardial mitochondria in heart failure mice,which is better than other medication groups.2.Heart-Lung Qi deficiency is one of the common TCM syndromes in chronic heart failure.A diagnostic scale of the diagnosis of heart failure and qi deficiency in heart failure was developed and tested,the reliability and validity of the scale was good.The syndrome diagnosis model has a diagnostic threshold of 233,which has certain accuracy and sensitivity.Conclusions: 1.By observing the ultrastructure of myocardial mitochondria in mice by heart failure,it is concluded that the morphology and structure of mitochondria change during heart failure.There are different degrees of changes,the effect of Chinese medicine intervention is better than other groups,the damage to mitochondrial structure is lighter than other groups,and it can be seen that the structure of myocardial mitochondria will change during heart failure,and the method of Yiqiwenyang has a good effect on heart failure.3.By consulting the literature,clinical epidemiological investigation,expert consultation,and medical statistical methods,the diagnostic scale of the diagnosis of chronic heart failure of cardiopulmonary qi deficiency has good reliability and validity,and has certain practical value.The scale can provide a reference from establishing TCM diagnostic criteria for chronic heart failure and cardiopulmonary deficiency syndrome and further in-depth exploration of the objective evaluation of clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine in heart failure,and the statistical methods used in the development of the scale can be used for reference to other clinical investigations.
