An Analysis Of Chronic Gastritis With Anxiety-depressive States In Relation To TCM Body Condition

Objective: To statistically analyze the clinical data of 103 patients with chronic gastritis with anxiety and depression,in order to study the distribution of their TCM physiology and the factors influencing it,so as to provide a reference basis for an in-depth understanding of the causes and characteristics of these diseases and the clinical treatment direction.Methods: The clinical data of 103 patients who met the inclusion criteria were summarized,collated,a corresponding database was established,statistical analysis was performed using the statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics23.0,and the data were processed using descriptive analysis,χ2 test analysis,and other methods to draw appropriate conclusions.RESULTS: A total of 103 patients who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria for chronic gastritis with an anxiety-depressive state were collected in this study.The distribution of the TCM physique was as follows: 4 cases of the calm and peaceful physique,accounting for 3.9%;25 cases of the yang deficiency physique,accounting for 24.3%;17 cases of the yin deficiency physique,accounting for 16.5%;14 cases of the phlegm-damp physique,accounting for 13.6%;15 cases of the damp-heat physique,accounting for 14.6%;10 cases of the qi-depressed physique,accounting for 9.7%;10 cases of the qi-deficiency physique,accounting for 9.7%;8 cases of the blood stasis physique,accounting for 7.8%;and 0 cases of the special physique.It can be seen that the physical constitution of the subjects in this study is biased,with the highest proportion of Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency and damp-heat.According to Fisher’s exact probability method,there is a difference in the distribution of anxiety and depression among patients with chronic gastritis and anxiety and depression in TCM(P<0.05),so it is considered that there is a difference between anxiety and depression among patients with different body types,with the highest proportion of Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency and damp heat among patients with anxiety and the highest proportion of Yang deficiency,phlegm and dampness among patients with depression.The TCM physical distribution of patients with chronic gastritis and anxiety-depression was not significantly different from the patients’ gender,age,smoking,alcohol consumption,occupation,and culture,and correlated with dietary bias.Conclusion: The TCM physiology of patients with chronic gastritis and anxiety-depression is mostly biased,with Yang deficiency,phlegm-dampness and yin deficiency dominating,with the highest proportion of Yang deficiency,yin deficiency and damp-heat in patients with anxiety and the highest proportion of Yang deficiency,phlegm-dampness and yin deficiency in patients with depression.It has some reference value for the comprehensive identification and classification of diseases and treatment.
