Objective:Knee Osteoarthritis is a degenerative disease in the elderly.The incidence of knee osteoarthritis increases year by year due to the aging of the population,the improper modern lifestyle and the increasing number of obese people.KOA causes knee pain and restricted movement,forcing patients to move far less than they do in daily life,and insufficient movement accelerates degeneration of the joints,thus forming a vicious circle.There are many clinical treatments for knee osteoarthritis,but all of them are to relieve pain,improve joint function and delay the progress of the disease.There is no way to cure KOA.The new guidelines make clear that treatment should be tiered and individualized,but do not mention diversity.Through the clinical study of Tongbi Zhitong triple therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis,this study discussed the diversified treatment of knee osteoarthritisData and methods:A total of 120 elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis were selected from the orthopedic clinic or ward of The Second Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2018 to September 2019,including 42 males and 78 females.At age 50 to 70 years old,imaging examination:Kellgren&Lawrence class for Ⅱ early patients,TCM syndrome type of qi and blood stasis.They were randomly divided into four groups:A,B,C and D.Group A received Huoxue Tongbi decoction combined with extracorporeal shock wave therapy.Group B received Huoxue Tongbi decoction combined with quadriceps muscle strength training.Group C was treated with extracorporeal shock wave combined with quadriceps femoris muscle strength training.Group D received Huoxu Tongbi decoction combined with external shock and quadriceps muscle strength training.The treatment course was 5 weeks,By comparing the lysholm knee score and WOMAC osteoarthritis score of patients in the four groups of A,B,C and D before and after treatment,the clinical study of triple therapy in the treatment of early knee osteoarthritis(Qi stagnation and Blood stasis type)was analyzed.Results:All the 120 patients were followed up and no adverse events occurred.1 There was no statistically significant difference in age,weight and scores before treatment among the four groups A,B,C and D,(P>0.05),suggesting comparability.After treatment,the scores of group A,B,C and D were statistically different from those before treatment(P<0.05),and the treatment was effective.2.There was no statistically significant difference between groups A,B and C after treatment(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference in the efficacy of two-dose combination therapy in pairwise comparison.3.There were statistically significant differences in post-treatment scores of group D compared with group A,B and C(P<0.05),and the effect of triple therapy was better than that of double therapy.Conclusion:Taking Huoxu Tongbi decoction,using extracorporeal shock wave therapy and quadriceps femoris muscle strength training are effective and safe in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Triple therapy is more effective than double therapy.
