| Objective: to observe the clinical effect of tuina combined with atomization inhalation in the treatment of bronchiolitis(phlegm-heat obstructing lung type),and to provide a safe and effective treatment plan for TCM in the treatment of pediatric bronchiolitis(phlegm-heat obstructing lung type).Methods: 60 children who met the diagnostic criteria,inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into 2 groups according to the table of random Numbers.The control group was given atomization treatment(ambroxol hydrochloride atomization inhalation,twice a day;Budesonide atomization inhalation,twice a day)treatment group on the basis of atomization treatment to give children massage,clear lung by the ping bu ping xie PI classics,clear large intestine,carry inside the eight trigrams clear day river,push the six organs,push the smell of steel,knead milk root,milk side every other day,according to the string go rub,clockwise rub abdomen.Both groups were treated with a 15-day course of treatment.After one course of treatment,the safety,clinical efficacy and symptom and sign scores of each group were observed.Results: overall curative effect: healing rate of the treatment group was 30.00,recovery rate was 73.33,total effective rate was 93.33.The recovery rate of the control group was 26.67,the recovery rate was 53.33,and the total effective rate was 73.33. Compared with the control group,the recovery rate and the total effective rate were both statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison of the difference of comprehensive score of clinical symptoms and signs: the difference between the treatment group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the curative effect of the treatment group on cough,wheeze,fever,and throat phlegm was significantly better than that of the control group.Conclusion: massage treatment of bronchiolitis(phlegm-heat obstructing lung type)is more effective than general treatment,providing a safe and effective clinical treatment. |
