| Objective:To study the clinical effect of acupuncture on the sphenopalatine ganglion in patients with idiopathic tinnitus and liver qi stagnation,and to provide new treatment ideas and methods for clinical treatment of idiopathic tinnitus and liver qi stagnationMethods:Sixty patients with idiopathic tinnitus and liver-qi stagnation who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a test group of 30 cases and a control group of 30 cases,and the test group lost 1 case;The control group was given the traditional Chinese medicine group Fangxiaoyao powder,with 1 dose per day,1 week as a course of treatment,a total of 3 courses of treatment;the experimental group was given acupuncture sphenopalatine ganglia on the basis of the treatment of the control group,weekly 2 times,once every 3-4 days,6 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3 weeks;The changes in tinnitus loudness matching,THI scale score,and tinnitus severity assessment scale before and after treatment were observed in the two groups,and the clinical effects were comparedResults:After treatment,the tinnitus loudness of the two groups of patients matched,F score,E score,C score,and total THI scale scores,and the tinnitus severity assessment scale scores were lower than before treatment(P<0.05).The group was significantly reduced(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.21%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 73.33%.The protocol of the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclus ions:Acupuncture of the sphenopalatine ganglion combined with Xiaoyao powder plus and minus formula is better than that of oral Xiaoyao powder plus and minus formula in treating idiopathic tinnitus and liver-qi stagnation. |
