Objective:to explore the relationship between different TCM syndromes of hypertension and left ventricular remodeling and explore the etiology, pathogenesis and development process of hypertension by analyzing the basic data of patients with different TCM syndromes and the results of cardiac color doppler echocardiography,so as to help treat the hypertension with TCM clinical syndrome differentiation and provide a basis for disease evaluation and predictionMethods:collected into standard patients with high blood pressure, collecting patient demographics, symptomatology, diagnostics data, according to patients’ symptoms, signs and reference to the Chinese medicine new medicine clinical research guiding principles in the relevant standard for patients with hypertension syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation type, according to the result of GANAU classification standard and colour to exceed to patients with left ventricular configuration. To analyze the general clinical situation, the distribution of TCM syndrome types, the relationship between TCM syndrome types and left ventricular remodeling in patients with hypertensionResults1.In the sample cases, most of the patients were aged from 61 to 75,and the number of female patients with hypertension was higher than that of male patients, with the largest number of patients with grade Ⅲ hypertension2.The distribution of TCM syndromes of hypertension patients is from more to less Yin and Yang deficiency>Yin deficiency Yang hyperactivity>phlegm-dampness excessive>irascibility hyperactivity syndrome.3.The distribution of TCM syndromes and syndromes of hypertension was significantly correlated with age(P<0.05),but not significantly correlated with gender(P>0.05).4.The distribution of left ventricular configuration in the sample cases was:centripetal reconstruction>,normal configuration>,centrifugal hypertrophy>,centripetal hypertrophy.5.There were 129 cases of left ventricular remodeling among the 225 sample cases, including 64 male patients and 65 female patients. There was no significant statistical difference between hypertension left ventricular remodeling and gender(P>0.05).6.Left ventricular remodeling occurred most frequently in hypertensive patients aged 61-75 years, and there was significant statistical significance between hypertensive left ventricular remodeling and age(P<0.05).7.Left ventricular remodeling occurred in the four groups of TCM syndrome types:>Yin deficiency and Yang excess Yin deficiency and Yang excess>phlegm-dampness excessive>liver fire hyperactivity syndrome.8.There was no significant difference in the incidence of left ventricular remodeling among the four TCM syndromes of hypertension.(P>0.05).9.The four groups of TCM syndrome LVMI were arranged from high to low:>syndrome of deficiency of Yin and Yang,>syndrome of excessive irascibility,>syndrome of excessive phlegm-dampness,>syndrome of Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity.10.The four groups of TCM syndrome type RWT were successively from high to low:Yin deficiency and Yang excess syndrome>phlegm-dampness syndrome>Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome>liver fire hyperactivity syndrome.11.There was no statistical difference in the indicators of the four TCM syndromes of hypertension in the left ventricular configuration(P>0.05).12.There was no statistical difference in left ventricular configuration index among TCM syndromes(P>0.05).Conclusion1.Hypertension mainly occurs in the elderly, and the age of onset is getting younger2.The syndrome type of hypertension in traditional Chinese medicine is the most with Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome, the least with irascibility-hyperactive syndrome, and the distribution has an obvious correlation with age3.Among the left ventricular configurations, the most concentric remodeling was found, followed by the normal configuration, centrifugal hypertrophy and concentric hypertrophy, which were closely related to the age of the patient4.Among the four groups of TCM syndromes, the incidence of left ventricular remodeling was the highest in patients with deficiency syndrome of Yin and Yang, and the damage to left ventricle was the most serious5.Yin and Yang deficiency syndrome and Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity syndrome have more influence on cardiac structural index... |
