| Objective:This study observed the clinical efficacy of qingliwentong in the treatment of cold and hot mixed upper abdominal pain syndrome, explored the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of upper abdominal pain syndrome, and provided theoretical basis for clinical practice and promotion. Methods:A total of 60 patients diagnosed with chil l s,fever and miscellaneous upper abdominal pain syndrome were collected and divided into treatment group(30 cases)and control group(30 cases)by randomized controlled trial design. The control group was treated with omeprazole enteric capsule(20mg qd).The treatment group was given qingliwentong method of flavoring treatment of huanglian decoction, and the score scale of TCM symptoms of 60 patients befor e and after treatment was recorded respectively. Then the data were integrated for data analysis, and the final conclusion was drawn.Results:(1)overall clinical efficacy:the total effect ive rate was 97%;The total effective rate of the control group was 83%.Moreover,the differ ence of TCM symptoms between the two groups by rank-sum test was statistically significant,P=0.012(P<0.05),indicating that the treatment group was signi ficantly better than the control group.(2)comparison of total symptom scores before and after treatment between the two groups:the symptoms before treatment showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment, the treatment group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.01).(3)comparison of scores of symptoms before and after treatment between the two groups:there was no statistical significance in scores of symptoms before treatment between the two groups(P>0.05);The symptom scores of the two groups after treatment were tested, both groups showed different degrees of decline, and the overall symptoms were improved.Among the two groups, the symptoms of epigastric pain, hubbub, belching, acid reflux, heartburn and poor appetite were significantly improved in the treatment group(p<0.01).The symptoms of nausea and vomiting were improved(p<0.05),with a statistical difference. In the control group, the symptoms of hubbub, belching, acid reflux, heartburn and narcolepsy were significantly improved(p<0.01),which was statistically significant. The symptoms of epigastric pain, nausea and vomiting were not significantly reduced(p>0.05),showing no statistical significance.(4)comparison of symptom scores between the two groups:symptoms of epigastric pain and noise were significantly improved, with significant statistical significance(p<0.01).The symptoms of heartburn were improved, which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Belching,acid regurgitation, nausea and vomiting, and admission were not statistically significant(p>0.05),indicating that the treatment group was superior to the control group in the treatment of epigastric pain, noise and heartburn. Conclusion:this study shows that qingli wentong method can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with epigastric pain syndrome, and will better play the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of epigastric pain syndrome, which is worthy of large-scale clinical research and promotion. |
