Study On Occupational Characteristics,Problems And Countermeasures Of Surgeons In Chongqing Public Hospital

In our country,the development of medical and health industry is closely related to our daily life,it maintains the health of hundreds of millions of people,said that it is related to the happiness of countless families,to say that it is a major livelihood issue,is a very important link to realize the great rejuvenation of socialism in our country.In recent years,the state has issued important instructions for a new round of medical reform,continued to deepen the reform of the medical and health system under the leadership of the Party,and made clear that it is necessary to speed up the development of medical and health undertakings in the future,so as to enable the medical and health productivity to meet the growing medical and health needs of the people.Implementing the scientific concept of development and constantly improving the health of the people is an inevitable requirement for promoting the economic and social development of our country and promoting overall and coordinated and sustainable development.Medical reform policy is closely related to surgeons,who also play a pivotal role in it.In order to understand the characteristics of the profession and the problems encountered in the course of the profession,the author’s company(gadnot medical equipment co.,ltd)has carried out a survey on the subject of "paying tribute to the angel of white clothes and caring for the health care workers" for the interventional medical workers(some representatives of the surgeons)in order to understand the problems of work stress,health(radiation risk,deep vein thrombosis,cervical spine problems)and so as to call on the society to pay attention to the intervention workers and care for their life and health.This article uses the public management related knowledge to combine the career management theory,adopts the literature method,the investigation method as the main research method,the research object is the Chongqing interventional surgeon.First of all,based on the literature research questions,and then through the representative of several tertiary general hospital in Chongqing 202 medical staff survey,the content of the survey mainly around the pressure and problems faced in their career process,and combined with the interview survey.The final summary,analysis to draw a conclusion.Surgeons in Chongqing public hospitals are mainly faced with the following problems in the process of their current occupation: work intensity,work pressure,high incidence of occupational diseases,medical disputes,limited professional development of surgeons,insufficient social support,unclear public opinion orientation,busy work,neglect of family care,resulting in family disharmony,low salary and so on.Based on the above problems,this paper proposes to solve the problems in the profession of surgeon in chongqing public hospital from the following aspects: strengthening the introduction of talents and improving the efficiency of operation,combining work and rest,reasonable vacation,strengthening the psychological intervention and cognition when necessary,strengthening exercise,strengthening self-management to deal with occupational diseases,resolving disputes in a reasonable way,standardizing the process to avoid the occurrence of medical malpractice,perfecting the system of professional title evaluation,perfecting the continuing education system,increasing the input of medical treatment and correct public opinion,handling the family relationship,enabling the family work to be carried out and improving the salary and treatment of doctors.
