In recent years,the incidence of breast cancer in China has been increasing year by year,and the trend of becoming younger has become a serious threat to women’s life and health of one of the malignant tumors.Breast cancer,as a disease that connects the body,mind and society,has caused great trauma to women suffering from breast cancer.With the emergence of the modern medical model of "physiology-psychology-society" and the concept of "whole person" health,the development of medical social work has ushered in an unprecedented development opportunity.As a chronic disease,breast cancer has the characteristics of long treatment cycle and relapse.In this process,breast cancer patients will often appear anxiety,fear and other negative emotions,trapped in emotional fluctuations.With the progress of treatment,a series of problems such as image damage,role change,and self-denial have appeared one after another,and patients begin to have self-identity crisis.The emergence of self-identity crisis will have a negative impact on the treatment process and effect of breast cancer patients.This paper expounds the problem of self-identity of breast cancer patients,through exploring the potential advantages of patients,reduce the sense of powerlessness for the disease,to achieve energy.Based on seleber’s dominant perspective theory,this paper takes gender theory and eriksson’s psychosocial development theory as the analytical framework to explore the current situation and analyze the causes.This study to investigate the current situation of breast cancer patients identity identity issues,to explore the breast cancer patients,analysis the influence factors of breast cancer patients identity,explores the ways of intervention of social work and methods,as well as for professional thoughts and put forward Suggestions to improve the service and so on five aspects of content.In the research method,the method of practice research is mainly used to achieve the combination of practice and research.At the same time,the methods of interview,measurement and observation were used to collect data,and the method of group work was used for service intervention.It is found that the self-identity crisis of breast cancer patients is mainly manifested as the confusion of self-role identity and the lack of self-value identity.Through the development of eight different thematic group activities,the group members’ sense of self-identity has been significantly improved.The research shows that the intervention of social work has certain practical significance for the improvement of self-identity of breast cancer patients. |
