Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Chongqing New Medical Reform

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of China’s social economy and rapid growth of GDP per Capital,People’s Daily living standards are also gradually improved,and their demand for medical care is also constantly improved.In March 2009,the state council published "the central committee of the communist party of the opinions of the state council on deepening the reform of medical health system",marked the beginning a new round of health care system reform in China on the agenda,the purpose of a new round of medical system reform is to solve the problem of the general common people most concerned about hospital,medical resources demand fair.The success or failure of health care reform not only involves the reform of government management,hospital management,medical development and health care payment,but also involves the change of personnel structure within the health care industry.In this paper,by looking at nearly five years of domestic and foreign research literature about health reform,understand the current situation of domestic and foreign research,consulting relevant experts and leaders,based on the relevant theory of public management,combining with the domestic other parts of the new medical reform experience and revelation,in Chongqing region analyzes the main problems of the new health care reform,from the government’s responsibility,the management of medical institutions,social fairness countermeasures research.This paper consists of seven parts.The introduction part introduces the research status and significance at home and abroad.The second part introduces the main concepts and related theories.The third part introduces the history of medical development in Chongqing,the main measures of the new medical reform and the results of the new medical reform.The fourth part introduces the experience and enlightenment of the new medical reform in other regions of China.The sixth part mainly aims at the Chongqing area new medical treatment reform main question puts forward the countermeasure research.
