In recent years,with China’s economy entering the golden period of vigorous development,the social security system in the field of people’s livelihood has been further optimized and improved.Shanghai is the earliest city in China to enter the aging society,and it is also the largest city with the highest degree of aging in China.In 2017,the aging rate of Shanghai has reached 14.3%.Facing the increasingly austere aging population,the socialization of health services has become an inevitable trend.On October 18,2017,the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China was held.The meeting listed healthy China as the future strategic development plan of the country.The health of the public is a symbol of the country’s national security,national prosperity,and prosperity.For the inexhaustible source of development,in order to achieve the strategic goal of healthy China,the first thing to do is to further optimize the health policy and policies,and provide the public with a wider coverage and more comprehensive social security services.This paper takes Shanghai as a typical case to analyze and expound how to promote the balance between supply and demand of health services for the elderly in the community,and to analyze the actual supply of health services to the elderly in the community by social forces.Combining with the excellent development experience at home and abroad,to explore the optimal path for social forces to participate in health services,and to adopt the theoretical methods of literature research,field investigation and model and statistical analysis,standing on the standpoint of social security.This paper studies the introduction of social forces into community elderly health services.Taking Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,multi-center governance theoryand life cycle theory as the theoretical basis.Firstly,through the use of gray GM(1,1)model,the trend of Shanghai’s future elderly population changes It is predicted to analyze the necessity of social forces to participate in community health services for the elderly,and to explain the rationality of social forces participating in community health services for the elderly.Secondly,by using questionnaires,interviews and Logistic ordered regression model to analyze the types,extent and influencing factors of health services needed by the elderly in the community.It is clear that the elderly have different needs for health prevention,intervention,rehabilitation care,and health products.Thirdly,through the literature collation and visit investigation,combined with the health service needs of the elderly,the actual supply of health services by Shanghai social forces is analyzed,and it is known that the current supply and demand of Shanghai social forces still have a total supply and demand and regional matching.Different types of imbalances such as service provision and actual demand,and analysis of the specific causes of supply and demand imbalance.The conclusions are as follows: Firstly,with the progress and development of all aspects of society,the proportion of elderly population in China is increasing,the health services needed by the elderly are becoming more and more diversified,and it is imperative for social forces to participate in the community health services for the elderly.Secondly,there are different kinds of imbalance between supply and demand,such as total supply and demand,and actual demand.The causes of the imbalance come from the government,social forces and so on.Thirdly,in order for social forces to participate better in the provision of health services,governments must be the center of responsibility,social forces and communities as participation centre.Taking the elderly in the community as the main body of service,we can make the elderly enjoy a variety of health welfare protection,so that the elderly can achieve a sense of security,the elderly have the best care,sharing the national economic and social development results of the optimized path. |
