In recent years,medical disputes have become frequent and increasingly violent,and the relationship between doctors and patients has become increasingly tense.In-depth research on the healthy development of doctor-patient relationship has also become one of the priorities of the hospital.Other prominent problems in the development of health management arising from poor management of the doctor-patient relationship,in turn,directly or indirectly affect the harmonious and healthy construction of the doctor-patient relationship.Therefore,the detailed investigation and analysis of the problem of doctor-patient relationship,so as to propose the corresponding solution strategy,has a very great significance for the continuous improvement of hospital doctor-patient management service capacity at all levels,to establish a harmonious hospital doctor-patient relationship.This article uses S public hospital as an example to analyze in depth the current problems in China’s doctor-patient service relationship management,so as to propose countermeasures to effectively improve the ability of S public hospital to manage doctor-patient relationship.The research conclusions of this paper are: 1.Using quantitative literature and comparative data research methods,we combed through the literature of all kinds of relevant scientific research results at home and abroad.Through the questionnaire survey,data analysis and statistical method,from the perspective of doctor-patient relationship management,we analyzed an existing hot problem in doctor-patient relationship in public hospitals in recent years: China’s doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly objectified,democratized,legalized and commercialized.2 After removing the main technical determinants such as sampling error and registration management error,we analyzed the main reasons for this problem from two aspects: government reasons: insufficient input,unclear powers and responsibilities,unsound and perfect laws and regulations,unsound and perfect protection mechanism;social reasons: low authenticity of media reports and overly accurate interpretation of information;hospital reasons: unsound medical management system and unsound supervision mechanism;medical reasons: poor communication between doctors and patients,incomplete information reciprocity,low medical staff satisfaction;patient reasons: poor patient experience,increasedawareness of rights protection,increased awareness of doctor-patient participation,ulterior motives and too high expectations.3.On the basis of analyzing the problems of doctor-patient relationship in China,it compares and draws on the experience of investigation and management of typical doctor-patient disputes and medical problems in developed countries such as the United States,Japan and the United Kingdom,as well as the experience of advanced medical management systems.4.Conducts an in-depth analysis of the existing problems and proposes six major health-related reform countermeasures,namely,taking the initiative to return to medical public welfare,strengthening crisis prevention and control management of doctor-patient relationship,strengthening effective management of doctor-patient relationship communication,improving the quality of effective information transmission in doctor-patient relationship,strengthening the management of residents making appointments for medical services at different locations,and improving the management system for building safety in medical and health environment.In this paper,we study the coping strategies for the management of doctor-patient relationship,which can point out the direction for the future improvement of doctor-patient relationship management,provide assistance for resolving doctor-patient conflicts,and enable the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship.This study is based on a new perspective on the management of doctor-patient relationships,integrating the improvement of doctor-patient relationships with public management theory,rather than studying the improvement of doctor-patient relationships in isolation.Due to the interest in the doctor-patient relationship in China,the special complexity of the specific problems of medical management itself,coupled with the current reform of the medical system in China is underway,it is likely that the in-depth study of public hospitals and management recommendations may not be fully applicable to other countries and regions.Moreover,doctor-patient relationship covers many disciplines,and I am not deep enough in theoretical studies and weak in analysis,resulting in the article’s analysis is not deep enough and scientific.The recommended part of the paper therefore remains to follow up with further analysis on the management of the doctor-patient relationship from the perspective of a case study,so that a qualitative study can be followed up with concrete examples.
