Objective The purpose of this project is to analyze the correlation between the prolapse degree of patients with pelvic organ prolapse, the position of traditional Chinese medicine and dietary protein intake, the content of human component protein,HGB and ALB,and the relationship between the four.Provide a reference basis for better prevention and treatment of POP and improve the quality of life of patients.Method1.Recruit two groups of research subjects who meet the inclusion criteria, compare the differences in dietary protein intake, human component protein content,HGB,and ALB between the two groups, and analyze the dietary protein intake and human component protein content,HGB Correlation between ALB and POP-related risk factors.2.To investigate the correlation between the degree of prolapse in patients with POP in the observation group and dietary protein intake, protein content of human components,HGB and ALB.3.Determine the TCM disease position of POP patients by syndrome differentiation, and analyze the distribution of dietary protein intake, body component protein content,HGB,ALB in different disease positions in the observation group.Result1.The age difference between the observation group and the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).2.The difference in total dietary protein intake between the observation group and the control group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The protein intake of meat, milk, eggs and aquatic products in various diet types was significantly different(P<0.05),there was no statistically significant difference in protein intake of staple foods,vegetables,fruits,nuts(P>0.05).Differences in protein content,HGB and ALB between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.The dietary protein intake of the observation group was related to the degree of POP prolapse and the protein content of human components(P<0.01),of which there was a negative correlation with prolapse degree,a positive correlation with human component protein content, and HGB,ALB has no obvious correlation(P>0.05).The degree of POP prolapse was significantly correlated with the protein content,HGB and ALB of the human body components(P<0.01),which was a negative correlation.4.The difference in the distribution of dietary protein intake in the spleen, kidney, and liver of POP TCM patients in the observation group was statistically significant(P<0.05).The distribution of human component protein content in the POP TCM sites has statistically significant differences(P<0.05),with the spleen and kidney as the main sites. There was no significant difference in the distribution of disease locations in HGB and ALB(P>0.05).5.The intake of dietary protein in the control group was significantly correlated with the protein content of the human body components(P<0.01),and was positively correlated, with no significant correlation with HGB and ALB(P>0.05).Conclusion1.The degree of prolapse in POP patients is related to dietary protein intake.POP patients have insufficient dietary protein intake compared to healthy people.2.Dietary protein intake of POP patients can affect body protein content indicators.3.Human component protein content,HGB,ALB can reflect the degree of prolapse in POP patients.
