Bupleurum Plus Keel Oyster Soup Addition And Subtraction Treatment Clinical Observation Of Ventricular Premature Beats Of Liver And Gallbladder

Objective: Through clinical observation,the clinical efficacy of Chaihujialonggu oyster soup in the treat ment of ventricular premature beats of liver and gallbladder was evaluated,and new ideas and methods for the treatment of ventricular premature beats by Chinese medicine were provided.Methods: A total of 96 patients with ventricu lar premature beats who met the inclusion criteria were enrolled in the study.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and 48 patients in both groups.The control group was given metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets,47.5 mg each t ime,once a day,orally.The experimental group was treated with Bupleurum and Longgu oyster soup on the basis of the control group,and the observat ion period was 14 days.Comparison o f TCM syndrome scores before and after treat ment,Chinese medical efficacy evaluation,dynamic electrocardiogram efficacy evaluation,ventricular Lown classificat ion,turbulence onset(TO),turbulence slope(TS),QT interval dispersion(QT dispersion),QTd)changes and safet y indicators.Results:1.After treatment,the single symptom scores and total scores of TCM patients were lower than those before treatment.The total score of the experimental group decreased more than the control group(P<0.05).In terms o f TCM single symptom scores,the decline in the scores of palpitations,chest tightness,dizziness,upset irritabilit y,and insomnia in the experimental group were greater than those in the control group.2.In terms of the total score of TCM symptoms,the total effect ive rate of the experimental group was 93.5%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 76.6%.The test group was significant ly higher than the control group(P<0.05).In the evaluat ion of the efficacy of TCM individual scores,the test group had higher chest tightness,upset irritabilit y,insomnia,and dry mouth and mouth pain than the control group(P<0.05).3.In terms of ventricular lown classification and efficacy evaluat ion,the Lown classificat ion of the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the Down score of the experimental group was significant ly decreased(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the Langer graded efficacy evaluat ion was 87% in the experimental group,and the total effect ive rate in the control group was 53%.The ventricular grading effect of the experimental group was significant ly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).4.In terms of dynamic electrocardiogram and ventricular Lown grading efficacy evaluat ion,the total effect ive rate of dynamic electrocardiogram in the experimen tal group was 78%,and the total effective rate in the contro l group was 44%.The experimental group was significant ly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the test group was 87%,and the total effect ive rate of the contro l group was 53%.The test group-level efficacy was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.In terms of QTd,TO,and TS,the QTd and TO values of the two groups were lower than before treatment,and TS increased before treatment.The QTd,TO and TS values of the two groups were co mpared,and the test group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).6.In terms of qualit y of life scores,the qualit y of life scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment.Except the mental state,the scores of the experimental groups were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).7.There were no obvious adverse react ions and no abnormal biochemical indexes in the two groups during the experiment.Conclusion:1.Compared with the use of Betaloc alone,the combined use of Chaihu plus keel oyster soup can significantly reduce the total score of TCM symptoms of hepatic and biliary ventricular premature ventricular contractions,and improve the total effective rate of TCM syndro me scores;Chaihu plus keel o yster soup It can effect ively improve single symptoms such as palpitations,chest tightness,dizziness and upset irritabilit y in patients with hepat ic and biliary ventricular premature ventricular contractions,improve the quality of life of patients,reduce the onset of ventricular premature beats,and improve the total effect ive rate of dynamic electrocardiogram evaluat ion.2.Combinat ion of Chaihu and Longgu Oyster Decoction can reduce the incidence of premature ventricular beats,improve the total efficiency of dynamic electrocardiogram and ventricular Lown classification,improve the abnormalit y of heart rate turbulence and reduce the QTd.3.It significantly improved the physio logical funct ion,physio logical funct ion and general health status of patients with ventricular premature beat of liver-gallbladder depression-heat type.4.In the experimental applicat ion,Chaihu plus keel o yster soup has not seen obvious adverse phenomena,and it has good safety and has great cl inical promot ion value.
