| Objective: Through clinical observation, the theory of the treatment ofpeptic ulcer liver-stomach disharmony type, mechanism of action ofChaixiaqingweiyin, such as research, provide clinical basis for Chinesemedicine to treat the disease.Methods: Select the complete clinical data of80cases of liver-stomachdisharmony type in patients with peptic ulcer. The patients were randomlydivided into two groups: the treatment group of40patients and the controlgroup of40patients. The treatment group was given Chinese medicinedecoction Chaixiaqingweiyin treatment, and the control group was givenQizhiweitongkeli treatment. Both of them have14days for a course oftreatment effects were observed after two courses.Results: Treatment prior to age, gender and other general information, thedifference was not statistically significant, so the two groups were comparable.In the treatment group, there are10cases were cured,21cases markedlyeffective and effective in7cases but2cases invalid, and the effective rate was95.0%.The control group were clinically cured in8cases,13cases weremarkedly effective in12cases,7cases of invalid, and the effective rate was82.5%. More significant difference in the total score of the two sets of TCMsymptoms after the treatment, and total score improved significantly in thetreatment group than the control group.Conclusion: Chaixiaqingweiyin treatment of the liver-stomachdisharmony type peptic ulcer is more clinical efficacy than Qizhiweitongkeli.So prompt liver and stomach plays an important role in this disease. |
