The Research Of Influence About Du-moxibustion On Inflammatory Indicators Of Ankylosing Spondylitis (the Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome)

Objective: Apply Du moxibustion to treat the Ankylosing Spondylitis (kidney Yangdeficiency syndrome), observe the influence of the Du moxibustion to patients with theinflammatory indicators AS IL–17, IL-1β and CRP, in search of a treatment that is safe,effective and easy to operate AS, to provide theoretical basis for clinical promotion.Methods: Screening60patients that had AS kidney Yang deficiency syndrome fromrheumatism bone disease outpatient and ward of Henan province traditional Chinesemedicine, and then divided them into treatment group and control group randomly,30casesin each group, on the basis of taking Sulfasalazine Enteric-coated Tablets, Du moxibustionand acupuncture were used respectively. Du moxibustion once a week, observed3courses ofthe treatment with four times in a course. Acupuncture once a day,15times in a course,treated3courses that15days between each course. Observe pain score and Symptomschanges before treatment and within a week of the two groups’ patients respectively.Determination the value of main laboratory indicators: IL-17, IL-1β and CRP, and thencarried on statistical analysis.Results: Inflammatory cytokines IL-17, IL-1β and cute inflammation indicator CRP wereboth significant difference (P<0.05) before and after treatment in the two groups;Comparison between groups after treatment exist significant difference (P<0.05), and thetreatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:1Du moxibustion group and acupuncture group both can significantly reducethe levels of kidney Yang deficiency syndrome)(inflammatory cytokines IL-17, IL-1β andacute inflammation indicator CRP about the ankylosing spondylitis patients.2Du moxibustion group is more obvious in lowering levels of ankylosing spondylitispatients with inflammatory indexes than acupuncture, and more quickly.
