Objective:By detecting serum vitamin D,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT)and Dopamine(DA)levels in patients with Parkinson’s disease(PD),the correlation between human serum vitamin D and 5-HT,DA levels, and PD associated with depression is explored, providing a clinical basis for finding effective treatment measures for PD patients with depression. Methods:Choice during March 2018 to January 2020 in the first affiliated hospital of hainan medical college confirmed accords with the standard set of PD patients 80 cases, according to the results of the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)to assess 80 patients with PD were divided into PD group of 43 patients with depression and PD group of 37 cases with depression,at the same time to collect the first affiliated hospital of hainan medical college medical center health physical examination in 67 cases as healthy controls.Basic information on age, gender, education, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension and diabetes of the subjects in each group were collected, and serum vitamin D,5-ht and DA in each group were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).The third part of the unified Parkinson’s disease assessment scale(updrs-iii),the updrs-iii score and the hoehn-yahr(h-y)stage were used to assess the motor function of PD patients, and the differences of serum vitamin D,5-ht and DA levels were analyzed among the groups,so as to explore the relationship between serum vitamin D,5-ht,DA levels and PD with depression.Results:1.Through the comparison between the PD group without depression and the PD group with depression and the healthy control group,it was found that there were no statistically significant differences among the three groups in terms of age, gender, education level, smoking, alcohol consumption, hypertension and diabetes(P>,0.05).There was no correlation between HAMD score and age and education level in PD group with depression(P>,0.05).2.through the PD without depression group compared with PD group with depression,of course that PD with depression group,UPDRS Ⅲ score,H-Y in installment,HAMD scores were significantly higher than that of PD is not associated with depression group, differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).PD group with depression HAMD scores and course,UPDRS Ⅲ score,H-Y stages were positively correlated(P < 0.05,r,0.377,0.516,0.493,respectively).3.The serum vitamin D level of the non-depressed group was lower than that of the normal control group(P<0.05),the serum vitamin D level of the non-depressed group was lower than that of the normal control group(P<0.05),and the serum vitamin D level of the non-depressed group was negatively correlated with the HAMD score of the depressed group(P<0.05,r=-0.395).4.According to the comparison between the PD group without depression and the PD group with depression and the healthy control group, the serum levels of5-ht and DA in the PD group without depression were lower than those in the healthy control group(P<0.05),and the serum levels of 5-ht and DA in the PD group with depression were lower than those in the PD group without depression and the healthy control group(P<0.05).The HAMD score of PD with depression group was negatively correlated with serum 5-ht and DA(P<0.05,and r was-0.306 and-0.472,respectively).5.The correlation analysis of serum vitamin D with 5-HT and DA suggested that serum vitamin D level in PD group with depression was positively correlated with 5-HT(r=0.536,P<0.05),which was positively correlated with DA(r=0.474,P<0.05);Serum vitamin D level in PD group without depression was positively correlated with 5-HT(r=0.403,P<0.05),which was positively correlated with DA(r=0.378,P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Serum vitamin D,5-ht and DA levels of PD patients with depression were significantly lower than those of PD patients without depression and healthy controls;Serum levels of vitamin D,5-ht and DA in PD patients without depression were lower than those in healthy controls. It was suggested that serum levels of vitamin D,5-ht and DA were changed in PD patients, which became more obvious with the appearance of depressive symptoms.2.The HAMD score of PD patients with depression was negatively correlated with serum levels of vitamin D,5-ht and DA.It suggested that the serum levels of vitamin D,5-ht and DA in PD patients with depression were lower with the severity of depressive symptoms.3.Serum vitamin D level of PD patients with depression is positively correlated with 5-ht and DA levels, suggesting that serum vitamin D of PD patients with depression may participate in the regulation of 5-ht and DA levels.
