According to the latest epidemiological survey,the incidence of cervical cancer is on the rise in China,and the trend of rejuvenation is more prominent compared with western countries.The shame experience of patients due to diseases is the sense of shame,which can fully express the psychological stress of patients.At the same time,the sense of shame also represents the negative understanding of some groups in the society,which leads to the bad discrimination and the sense of shame of some special groups due to their own negative signs.Cervical cancer patients usually receive surgical treatment,which will lose their female characteristics,and then worry about the impact on the relationship between husband and wife,and worry about family integrity and family happiness,etc.,which can easily lead to various negative emotions,including tension,anxiety,depression,fidgety,fear,etc.In this paper,Xi’an x hospital cervical cancer patients as the service object of this study,X hospital cervical cancer patients on the stigma of the interview and investigation,to clarify the degree of stigma and possible influencing factors in this part of patients.In order to reduce the patient’s sense of shame and improve the quality of life and the effect of diagnosis and treatment,we try to intervene the patient’s sense of shame by using the principle and method of social work.This study mainly uses the methods of participation observation,interview investigation and action research.The first chapter introduces the background,problems and significance of the research.The second chapter describes the status quo of stigma of cervical cancer patients in X hospital and tries to analyze the causes of stigma.The third chapter is the practical process of social work intervention.including case work reception,case goal formulation and work plan formulation,intervention process,case closure and evaluation.The fourth chapter is experience and reflection.Through the intervention of case work practice,the shame of the case owner is obviously reduced,and positive cognition is produced,and the quality of life is improved.This study plays an active role in improving the quality of life of patients with cervical cancer,and is of great significance in the individual development of this group.
