| This article is mainly divided into three chapters.The first two chapters mainly introduce the sources and secondary metabolites of Talaromyces pinophilus and Penicillium expansum,in the third chapter,the research progress of secondary metabolites and biological activities of Talaromyces.sp fungi from different sources is reviewed.The fungus of Talaromyces pinophilus was isolated from the wetland soil and via solid fermentation,the rice fermentation was extracted with ethanol and ethyl acetate to obtain a medium polarity part of the total paste.Using conventional separation and analysis methods,then separated and purified.A total of 37 compounds were isolated and identified,including 8 new compounds,most of which were polyketones,of which two were diphenyl ethers(1-2),two were funitones(5-6),one for xanthone(10),one for aromatic lactone(11),one was a five-membered cyclic ketone(12),and one other types of new compound was a disesquiterpene(13).The plane and stereo configuration of these new compounds were determined by one-dimensional,two-dimensional nuclear magnetic,mass spectrometry and other spectral analysis methods,the biological activity of most compounds were tested,mainly including α-glucosidase inhibitory activity,cytotoxic activity,the antibacterial activity and acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity,all tested compounds did not show significant activity currently.At the same time,a study of secondary metabolite of plantain herb endophytic fungus Penicillium expansum was also carried out,aiming to find alkaloid compounds with good activity and novel structure.Fermented by rice,the rice fermentation was extracted with ethanol and ethyl acetate to obtain a medium polarity part of the total paste,then separated and purified,at present,all the pre-processing work has been completed,it is a pity that there is no pure compound has been obtained. |
