Correlation Between Infection And Chemosensitivity Clostridium Nucleus In Patients With Synchronous Radiotherapy And Chemotherapy | Posted on:2021-11-13 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:C L Shi | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2504306107469444 | Subject:Pathology | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | ObjectiveTo investigate the infection status of Fusobacterium nucleatum in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy and further analyze the correlation of the sensitivity between Fusobacterium nucleatum and cervical squamous cell carcinoma undergoing concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Methods1.The subject was divided into experimental group and control group.The experimental group included patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma who underwent concurrent chemoradiotherapy for the first treatment.The control group included patients with non-cervical cancer and precancerous lesions and exclude other malignant diseases.The Polymerase Chain Rerction(PCR)method was used to detect the expression difference between cervical squamous carcinoma tissue and cervical tissue in the experimental group and the control group.2.Further analyzed the correlation between Clostridium nucleatum and clinicopathological features of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.3.Further analyzed the correlation of the sensitivity between Fusobacterium nucleatum and cervical squamous cell carcinoma with concurrent chemoradiotherapy.Results1.22 cases(44.0%)were positive for Fusonia nucleus infection in cervical tissues among the 50 cases of the control group and 37 cases(69.8%)were positive for Fusonia nucleus infection in cervical squamous carcinoma tissue among the 53 cases of the experimental group.It indicated that the positive rate of Fusobacterium nucleatum in cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues was significantly higher than that in normal cervical tissues,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).2.31 cases(77.5%)were positive for Clostridium nucleus infection in the squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen(SCC)abnormal group and 6 cases were positive in the SCC group(46.4 %)among the 53 cases of the experimental group.After statistical analysis,the positive rate of Fusarium nucleatum of cervical squamous cell carcinoma tissues in patients with SCC abnormal group was significantly higher than that in normal group,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).3.It was found that there was no significant correlation between Fusobacterium nucleus infection and age,lymph node metastasis,family history of tumors,bone marrow suppression,tumor size,HPV classification after further analysis of the pathological and clinical correlation between Fusobacterium nucleatum infection and cervical squamous cell carcinoma,and there was no statistical difference.In terms of scientific significance,Fusobacterium nucleatum infection was positively correlated with clinical stage and squamous cell carcinoma-associated antigen,and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).4.11cases(29.7%)were Fusobacterium nucleatum positive and 1(6.2%)was negative in the group with poor prognosis(progression/uncontrolled)after further analysis of the correlation between Fusobacterium nucleatum infection and sensitivity to concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical squamous cell carcinoma,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).Conclusions1.Fusobacterium nucleus infection may be a risk factor for the occurrence and prognosis of cervical cancer.2.Fusobacterium nucleatum infection is positively correlated with clinical staging and clinical cell carcinoma-associated antigens in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma.The possible correlation between Clostridium nucleatum and the occurrence and development of cervical cancer.3.Fusobacterium nucleus infection is negative correlated with the prognosis of concurrent chemoradiotherapy for cervical squamous cell carcinoma.The possible correlation between Clostridium nucleatum and chemoradiotherapy sensitivity in cervical squamous cell carcinoma. | Keywords/Search Tags: | Fusobacterium nucleatum, Human microecology, Cervical cancer, Human papillomavirus, Clinicopathological characteristics, Concurrent chemoradiotherapy | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
