Objective: To investigate the influence of intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy on parturients and neonates. Methods: The clinical data of 75 ICP group and 71 control group women and their neonates were retrospectively analyzed. The ICP group diagnosed and delivered in Wuhan Union Hospital of Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology from June 2017 to June 2019,The 71 control group was the parturients who delivered in the same hospital during the same period.Collect the following data of the two groups of women: general conditions such as age, gestational week, pregnancy, parity, delivery mode, body mass index;complications during pregnancy: gestational diabetes, preeclampsia, postpartum hemorrhage;laboratory indicators such as liver Function, blood coagulation function, blood routine;simultaneously collect the neonatal hospitalization, neonatal birth weight and gestational age, neonatal disease and laboratory indicators such as liver function, blood coagulation function and blood routine in two groups. The two groups of data were compared by statistical method Results: For parturients, there are statistically significant differences between the ICP group and the control group in terms of delivery methods, gestational diabetes during pregnancy, preeclampsia during pregnancy, and coagulation function, the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).For neonates, there are statistically differences between the ICP group and the control group in terms of admission rate, premature infants, low birth weight infants, hypoglycemia, feeding intolerance neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and coagulation function, the difference is statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion: ICP is very harmful to parturients and neonates. For pregnant women,ICP will increase the risk of cesarean section and the risk of gestational diabetes and preeclampsia during pregnancy. It will also affect the coagulation function of pregnant women. For neonates,ICP will not only increase the neonatal hospitalization rate, premature birth and the incidence of low birth weight infants, but also increase the risk of neonatal respiratory distress syndrome, neonatal hypoxic-ischemic encephalopathy, and hypoglycemia, feeding intolerance.in addition,ICP also affects the coagulation function of newborns.
