Objectives:This study was designed for evaluating the changes of platelet and coagulation parameters in pregnancies with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy (ICP) and other control groups. Methods:We carried out a prospective casecontrol study by 30 pregnant women with severe ICP,30 pregnant women with mild ICP,30 pregnant women with HBV,30 normal pregnant women,23 pregnant women with AFLP and 30 pregnant women with CAH in our hospital. Results:ICP group showed higher degree of mean platelet volume, platelet distribution width than all the other groups(P<0.05).While the platelet counts was normal.PT,INR, APTT in ICP group had no significant difference compared with the rest of the normal pregnant group(P> 0.05),and the value of PT,INR,APTT was normal. But the Fbg were significantly higher than other groups (P<0.05).D-D,FDP in ICP group had no significant difference compared with the rest of the normal pregnant group(P>0.05).And the patients with acute fatty liver of pregnancy had abnormal factor of PT,INR,APTT,D-D and FDP.Conclusion.Patients with ICP had normal platelet counts. The coagulation function was normal in pregnant with ICP.And the MPV,PDW and Fbg had higher degree than other groups,so patients with ICP had hypercoagulabilit.
