Mesimbryanthemum crystallinum L.,is a year-old dwarf herb of the genus Mesemryanthemum L.of the Aizoaceae family.It is native to arid regions such as South Africa and the Namib Desert.It is now widely distributed in western Australia,the Mediterranean coast and the Caribbean countries.At present,there are large-scale planting in Yunnan,Shandong and Shaanxi.Mesembryanthemum crystallinum are very drought-tolerant and salt-tolerant halophytes.Comprehensive reference to domestic and foreign literature,iced vegetables contain a variety of elements and compounds beneficial to the human body,is a high nutritional value of vegetables beneficial to the human body.At present,the research on Mesembryanthemum crystallinum at home and abroad mainly focuses on its sedative acid metabolism pathway and cultivation,and its chemical composition and biological activity are less studied.In order to further explore the functional role in Mesembryanthemum crystallinum,this thesis on Mesembryanthemum crystallinum.The chemical constituents were studied,and the biological activity test was carried out on the alcohol extract of the Mesembryanthemum crystallinum and its extracted petroleum ether fraction,ethyl acetate fraction,n-butanol fraction and aqueous fraction,and Separation and identification of some monomer compounds.It provides a scientific basis for better research and development using Mesembryanthemum crystallinum.The Mesembryanthemum crystallinum was separated and purified by the separation technique of small pore resin,C18 reverse column chromatography,vacuum silica gel column,gel(Sephadex LH-20)column,normal phase silica gel column chromatography and Semi-preparative high performance liquid chromatography.The structure of the compound was identified by using spectral techniques in combination with physicochemical constants(1D-NMR and 2D-NMR,MS,IR,UV,etc.).Finally,in combination with the related literature,the biological activity of each compound was known,and some monomeric compounds were tested for acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity.A total of 23 compounds were isolated from the ice,namely: Stigmasterol(1),rye lactone(2),cis-p-hydroxycinnamic acid(3),dibutyl phthalate(4),(1R,2S)-4-((R,E)-3-hydroxybut-1-en-1-yl)-3,5,5-trimethylcyclohex-3-ene-1,2-diol(5),nicotinic acid(6),ethane-1,2-diyldicotinic acid ester(7)),2-ethoxy-5-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydrofuran-3,4-diol(8),ferulic acid(9),3-benzyl-6-isopropylpiperazine-2,5-dione(10),(1S,3S)-1)-1-methyl-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole-3-carboxylic acid(11),(1R,3S)-1-methyl-2,3,4,9-tetrahydro-1H-pyrido[3,4-b]indole Indole-3-carboxylic acid(12),3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl(E-)-3-(4-hydroxy-3)-m ethoxyphenyl)acrylate(13),Syringin(14),2,4,4-trimethyl-3-((3,4,5-trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)Tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)oxy)methyl)cyclohex-2-en-1-one(15),6-((1R,2S)-2-hydroxy-4-((S,E)-3-hydroxybut-1-en-1-yl)-3,5,5-trimethylpent-3-en-1-yl)oxy)-5-(Hydroxymeth yl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-1,2,3,4-triol(16),(E)-4-hydroxy-3,5,5-trimethyl-4--(3-((3,4,5-Trihydroxy-6-(hydroxymethyl)tetrahydro-2H-pyran-2-yl)oxy)but-1-en-1-yl)cy clohex-2-ene-1-ketone(17),uridine(18),vitamin B4(19).The crude ethanol extract of Mesembryanthemum crystallinum,the phase after extraction and some of the monomer compounds isolated and identified were tested for acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity and α-glucosidase inhibitory activity,respectively.The results showed that:(1)each crude extract Medium: Except the water fraction is inactive,the remaining components have a certain degree of acetylcholinesterase inhibitory activity,among which the petroleum ether fraction has the strongest activity,which is 77.72±3.30%,and the inhibitory activity is equivalent to the positive control tacrine.The ethyl acetate fraction was followed by 48.38 ±1.28%,but there was also good acetylcholinesterase inhibition.Crude ethanol extract(16.03 ± 0.12%)and n-butanol fraction(30.06 ± 0.79%)were less active against acetylcholinesterase.(2)All compounds have no inhibitory activity against α-glucosidase.
