| Inter-hospital transport is an important part of the child emergency system and an important medical procedure in the face of public health emergencies such as infectious diseases.After the national fertility policy was liberalized,the number of newborns increased.However,due to the imbalanced regional economic development in China,health resources are more concentrated,and the advantage of inter-hospital transport of critical children is more obvious.Therefore,the research on the inter-hospital transport of critically ill children has the special significance of prospectiveness and practicality in the new era.The development of inter-hospital transport of critically ill children is conducive to reducing the mortality rate of children,and it has a bearing on the lives of millions of families in Dalian.It also affects the vital interests of the general public.First of all,this study starts with the concepts of critically ill children and inter-hospital transfer.From the perspective of quasi-public goods and hospital management,it uses interviews and questionnaires to understand the development status of inter-hospital transfer of critically ill children in Dalian Children’s Hospital.Medical staff and patient’s family members conducted satisfaction surveys on inter-hospital transfer services.Secondly,it is found that there are problems in the inter-hospital transfer management,such as the imperfect inter-hospital transfer system,the mismatch between transfer capacity and transfer demand,the urgent need for training and talent introduction of transfer medical personnel,the physical and psychological pressure and insufficient safety of transfer medical personnel,and the causes analysis.Finally,referring to domestic and foreign experiences,the reasons for weak inter-hospital transfer systems,low management funds,insufficient awareness of inter-hospital transfers by patients’ families and medical staff,insufficient protection of trans-medical staff,and inadequate dispatching capacity are separate for the government,hospitals,and the public.Put forward the following suggestions: improve regulations and transfer system,increase investment in infrastructure construction,build early warning and relief mechanism for critical child transfer risk management;strengthen team building,implement policy tilt,pay attention to the physical and mental health of medical staff,refined management and media publicity;assist Construction of a socialized first aid system and countermeasures to improve empathy,and put forward the development direction of mobile intelligence,inter-modal transportation,regional networking,and two-way transshipment. |
