Research On The Mode Of Combining Medical Care With Nursing Care In Harbin

In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the lifetime of population has gradually prolonged,the quantity of old population constantly increased,and the proportion of quantity of old population to total population is increasingly large.In the meantime,the aging of China is characterized by old aging,disability and nest empty.Presently,the aging degree of Harbin is higher than that of whole country and province,with relatively serious aging.The more aggravated aging is,the more requirement of the aged for medical service and socialized pension service.Therefore,it is very important to improve current medical-pension mode of Harbin city.The article was based on a multitude of materials.The current situation about medical-pension mode of Harbin was grasped by means of on-site investigation and questionnaire survey.And the problems and the causes resulted in the problems existing in the medical-pension mode of Harbin city were analyzed in this article.The specific scheme to improve the medical-pension mode of Harbin in combination of problems existing in the questionnaire survey and successful experience of domestic and overseas medical-pension mode.Finally,the measures to guarantee the development of medical-pension mode of Harbin city were put forward in the aspects of enhancement of informatization and intelligentization construction,of medical-pension service guarantee,as well as of medical-pension planning in this article.
