Study On The Application Law Of Pinellia Ternata In Classical Prescription

Objective:Exploring the Application Rules of Pinellia ternata in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases.To clarify the disputes on processing,efficacy,main treatment and compatibility of Pinellia ternata in later generations.Method:Through literature research method,the basic overview of Pinellia ternata research in past dynasties was sorted out.By using the assistant platform of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance and the method of original text analysis,the application rules of Pinellia ternata in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases were summarized,and future disputes were discussed.Result:Raw Pinellia ternata(37.5g)is commonly used in classical prescriptions.The main disease location of Pinellia ternata is in the spleen,stomach,intestines and lungs,and its main effect is to reduce the Qi upside down in the lung and stomach.Typical compatibility rules of Pinellia ternata with stir-fried licorice,ginger,ginseng,jujube,dried ginger,Scutellaria baicalensis and other drugs were found,and the characteristics of application of born Pinellia ternata,treatment of vomiting,dryness and injury of body fluid were summarized.Conclusion:The toxic components of raw Pinellia ternata are insoluble in water,and the decoction is safe and effective,which should be advocated.Zhang Zhongjing demonstrates the treatment principle of "there is no cause for death".Desexual preservation is an important feature of the application of Pinellia ternata.The differentiation and treatment of syndrome in Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases are rich and lively,and the treatment embodies the idea that the treatment of diseases must be based on their own,showing people to use ropes and ink.
