Objective:This paper is preliminary to explore the TCM Syndrome element distribution in the IPSET-thrombosis,to explore the disease site,etiology and pathogenesis of ET patients with different IPSET-thrombosis in order to provide reference for the treatment of TCM in preventing thrombosis.Methods:Collect the clinical four diagnostic information as well as age,history of thrombosis,cardiovascular risk factors,and JAK2V617F mutations were collected for patients who definite diagnosed as ET.Input the collected information into the database,and According to the Zhu Wenfeng’s book《The Dialectics of Syndrome》,all the disease location,diseased syndromes element weighted integral,and Using SPSS 22.0 to carry out statistical analysis and analysis of the data.Conclusion of ET patients with different IPSET-thrombosis disease location,disease and relationship with sex.Results:1.A total of 94 ET patients were included in this study,of which 36 were male(38.3%),58 were female(61.7%),and the ratio of male to female was 0.62:1.00.25 cases(26.60%)in the low-risk group,32 cases(34.04%)in the middle risk group,37 high-risk groups(39.36%),the highest proportion of high-risk groups in IPSET-throbosis.2.Analysis of all patients with syndromes and syndromes:①The overall disease is mainly liver,closely related to spleen and kidney,some patients involved in mind,skin,meridian.The liver was the highest in syndromes,followed by kidney syndrome and spleen syndrome.The highest frequency of syndromes was liver syndrome,which was 90(95.74%);followed by kidney syndromes 42 times(44.68%);spleen syndromes 35 times(37.23%);skin,mind and mind 14 times(14.89%);meridian 13 times(13.83%).Young unmenopausal women are closely related to the uterus.②The integral of the syndrome is the highest in blood stasis,Qi stagnation,Yin deficiency,blood deficiency,Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency.The highest frequency of syndromes was blood stasis syndrome,which was 68(72.34%),followed by Yin deficiency syndromes 65 times(69.15%),Qi stagnation syndromes 62 times(65.96%)and blood deficiency syndromes 50 times(53.19%).Qi deficiency 40 times(42.55%);Yang deficiency 39 times(41.49%);fire 35 times(37.23%);Yang hyperactivity 32 times(34.04%);wet 27 times(28.72%);phlegm 26 times(27.66%);cold 22 times(23.40%);the lowest frequency of wind movement,only 10 times(10.64%).3.Analysis of syndromes with different IPSET-thrombosis:①Syndromes score:liver syndrome score was the highest,followed by kidney and spleen.The high-risk group disease syndromes were more complicated than the lower-risk group and the middle-risk group.②Frequency of occurrence of syndromes:the highest frequency of liver was observed in each clots risk stratification,followed by kidney and spleen.4.Analysis of syndromes with different IPSET-thrombosis:①Syndrome element integration:low-risk group and middle-risk group with blood stasis,Qi stagnation,yin deficiency three syndrome element integration is the highest,high-risk group with yin deficiency,blood stasis,blood deficiency,Qi stagnation four syndrome element integration is the highest.Among them,the signs of Qi stagnation in the low-risk group and the middle-risk group were more prominent,and the deficiency of Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and blood deficiency in the high-risk group and the middle-risk group were more prominent.②The frequency of syndromes:blood stasis,Qi stagnation,Yin deficiency and Yang hyperactivity were the most frequent in the low-risk group,blood stasis,Qi stagnation,Yin deficiency and Yang deficiency in the middle-risk group,and blood stasis,Qi deficiency,Yin deficiency,Qi stagnation,blood deficiency and Yang deficiency in the high-risk group.5.Gender differences in the IPSET-thrombosis:①In the disease position,women as a whole are more prone to kidney Qi deficiency and other signs of spleen and kidney deficiency damage than men,especially in the low risk group.Women are generally more likely than men to appear cold,warm,tired,headache,such as cold,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency,blood stasis pathological signs.Male are more prone to bitter mouth,dry pharynx,head pain and other hot,Yang hyperactivity image.Among them,women in low-risk group and high-risk group were more susceptible to cold,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency than men,and blood stasis signs in women in high-risk group were more obvious than men;men in each thrombus risk stratification were more vulnerable to affected by(heat)and hyperactivity.Conclusion:1.The overall disease location is mainly liver,and the spleen and kidney are closely related,involving the mind,skin,meridian,young unmenopausal women and the uterus is closely related.Old age,female and high risk group patients are more prone to spleen and kidney dysfunction.2.In the low-risk group and the middle-risk group,Qi stagnation,blood stasis and other real images,combined with deficiency;the high-risk group presents the image of deficiency and deficiency,mainly yin deficiency,blood deficiency,Qi deficiency,Yang deficiency and so on,Qi stagnation and blood stasis mark as auxiliary,Qi stagnation and blood stasis throughout each IPSET-thrombosis.3.The signs of cold,Qi deficiency and Yang deficiency in women in low-risk group and high-risk group were obvious,and blood stasis in women in high-risk group was more obvious,and men with IPSET-thrombosis were vulnerable to fire(heat)and hyperactivity of Yang.
