Clinical Study Of Auricular Dorsal Sulcus Puncturing And Bloodletting In The Treatment Of Insomnia Caused By Liver Fire

ObjectiveBy comparing with the therapy of pressing bean at auricular point,to explore the curative effect of acupuncture and bloodletting of dorsal auricular groove in the treatment of insomnia of liver-fire disturbing heart type,and on this basis,to enrich the methods of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of insomnia.MethodsSixty patients with insomnia diagnosed as insomnia in the Department of Acupuncture and Massage of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of traditional Chinese Medicine and the second Hospital of traditional Chinese Medicine in Guangdong Province were randomly divided into treatment group(n=30)and control group(n=30).The treatment group was treated with bloodletting of dorsal auricular sulcus,and the control group was treated with auricular point pressing and bean pressing.The changes of the patients in the two groups were recorded by the scale score before and after treatment.Each group was treated twice a week and 4 times as a course of treatment.After two courses of treatment,the relevant indexes were recorded,and the statistical software SPSS23.0 was used for statistical analysis.Finally,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was objectively evaluated and compared.Result1.In the comparison of baseline data,there was no significant difference in sex and age between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05),but there was comparability between the two groups.2.In terms of AIS score and clinical efficacy evaluation,the average score of the experimental group after treatment was 6.70,and the total effective rate was 93.33%.The average score of the control group after treatment was 8.43,and the total effective rate was 83.33%.By comparison,there was significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).3.In terms of clinical symptoms,auricular sulcus needling blood letting and auricular point pressing bean therapy for insomnia of liver fire disturbing heart type,both groups can improve the sleep quality of insomnia patients,and auricular sulcus acupuncture bloodletting effect is better.ConclusionAuricular sulcus point bloodletting and auricular point pressing bean therapy have a good effect on liver-fire disturbing heart insomnia,and the treatment is better than the control group.In addition,dorsal auricular sulcus acupuncture and bloodletting also has the advantages of short operation time,no need to leave needles and other advantages,which can be popularized in clinical practice.
